  1. Saw these on your Facebook. Lucky bugger! I wish my parents would let me do that.
  2. Thanks, I will try both ways and find out which way is more comfortable for me.
  3. Thanks, I will practice it loads. Looks real good when done properly Was just a suggestion... but I might do!
  4. I guessing that's directed at me, how exactly? What do you mean by make one feel free? And (sp)? Thanks.
  5. Hi, Just a Suggestion : Before I get into the main purpose of this Topic I would like to say that Trials-Forum should have a Tutorials Section. I think this would come in handy, loads! Anyways back to the main purpose of the topic. I would like to know how to do this technique and how it benefits the rider? http://tartybikes.co.uk/media.php?group=videos&id=50 The link above is a video of Tom Rankin in Chelmsford. If you go to 40 seconds into the video you will see that whilst in mid-air he taps the front wheel on the box then goes to rear. (Watch the clip to understand fully.) Any ideas on how you do this? EDIT: Also what do you call this move exactly? Thanks, Danny.
  6. As I said earlier. I'd rather watch videos than read a written tutorial. BUT: Either way I was looking through my Magura Manual and looked at the bleeding part; I think I understand, I just need to buy the bleed kit from Tartybikes. However, there is one thing that I do not understand. When you take the 'BARB' out once you have bleeded the brake, surely either air is going to go in again OR fluid is going to come out therefore needed to put more fluid in?
  7. I think I'll just stick to Magura Pure Blood. Then I don't have the hassle of all of this! Thanks though guys. I have emailed Tartybikes to see if they would make a tutorial on a normal Magura Pure Blood bleed, not water bleed as there are several tutorials on the net for this. Although my brake will be bled by then, but it will be good for future reference and for others.
  8. Yeah but where you take the hose off of the brake, will fluid not come out?
  9. Thanks, Dude... might go for water bleed... not sure. Apparently it's more responsive? Also how would I get it out of my frame?
  10. I dont even know how to do that ?!? PLUS: my brake cable goes into my frame and back out so that means i will have to disconnect it all and then take it out... a pain in the arse if you ask me....
  11. Hi, My rear Magura HS33 needs bleeding, I always take to a shop to get it done, but I want to learn to do it myself. I cant find any videos on the internet of how to do it, and I can't really understand the written tutorials. Anyone know a video tutorial that is good and uses the correct tools? (Not a bodge job) Thanks, Danny.
  12. Yeah, it helped me out loads. Just keep practicing though. Some things will come quick and some things will not.
  13. Lol, oh well. I already emailed them though shame.
  14. If you can travel 50 minutes to Worthing you can ride with us lot. Or we could come up to you some time. EDIT: Oh yeah, as for the tips and tricks, I used this website (below) and it has detailed tutorials on how to do pretty much everything to do with trials. From Beginner to Expert! 15. Awesome i'll ask tartybikes anyways.
  16. So if my brother send in his old Onza T-Pro that has a crack in it, he will get 1/2 price on a new frame? (The old Green T-Pro)
  17. Hi, Yes I have posted this in the Members Area aswell, I just want you New Members to benefit from this aswell. "Admins, Mods of Trials-Forum, if I am not allowed to do this, then please remove, Thanks." Me and about 3 or 4 others are going to Brighton for a trials ride on Saturday 22nd May. Yes I do know it is the same day as the DJ ride, but I think it will be good for those of whom can not make it to the DJ ride. We will meet at the level skate park at 11.00am and probably leave about 07.00pm. If your interested please post. We are also going to make a video of the whole day. Sorry about the short notice. I forgot to post it. Thanks, Danny.
