Depends how much money you want to spend really. The most advised I would say are the Try-All ones, which are the most amount of money that you can spend on trials rims I think. If you want to know what the best bike for your is then you have to ride some bikes, do you have mates that ride trials? - If so then ask if you can have a go, if you like the feel of it then get one similar. If there is something on there that you don't like then, just find something that you do like and put that on instead.

Yeah, just keep an eye on the stuff to be honest. You never know when something is going to brake until it brakes. There are some obvious ways of finding out if something needs fixing, e.g. the freewheel is skipping; this is a usual problem with freewheels, but after a while you would want to get a new one. To be honest, they are all different, I guess you just learn what to look for after bad experience of things braking =[
