  17. Why did i not think of this! thanks no its not been faced, is it easy to be done or is it best to get the frame sent to you guys to sort? I have double checked the order of parts and is all spot on. the head set and fork work fine in any other frame! it must be the frame. Maybe on a basic topcap! but on a trialtech fork its a very chunky bolt and is very easy to over do it! i know i have not though as the bearings run silky smooth and they work fine in other frames!
  18. Hi guys, The setup is as follows: trialtech forks, zhi z2 frame, chris king headset and trialteck bar and stem. When all is in place and fitted i tighten the top bolt and then the stem side bolts the headset becomes very stiff when turning from left to right, my first thought was i had over tightened the top cap so tried again but no joy i have now worked out that its not the top bolt but its the stem side bolts this is really confusing as my understanding is the side bolts are to keep the stem in place and not to pull on the forks like the top cap nut. I have ruled out the headset as used in another frame with the same forks and top cap and that goes for the stem too . so this only leaves the frame Am i missing something here?? are the parts all compatible? do i need a new frame? sorry for the simple question its been a hard few weeks and cant seem to get on it

  22. Hi, just installed windows 7 ultimate and have a problem with games running in full screen. I have played the game on xp on my laptop and worked in full screen now with windows 7 its like watching an old movie with black all around and a small picture. All my graphics and drivers are Up to date. Looking on goggle and at some of the forums its a common problem with windows 7 and games any thoughts on how i can get around this? changed all the setting in the game and on the laptop settings. the only way i have found is to run a virtual windows PX but this seems silly for windows 7 being the best thanks in advance for any answers
