  1. Nothing, I did have around 7 or 8 GB or random vids ranging from anything to everything. But deleted it all as I never watched it.
  2. To get real pecs you need to do weights to, the ones where you lie on your back and push the bar up, frig knows what they're called. But that builds other parts of your chest ontop of what the press ups do. Then you to can look like this. :D
  3. That's absolutely pathetic. I watched tricks and stunts many times and found it absolutely hilarious. It's like a comedy film with instructional trials in it. I still watch it sometimes.

  5. Shitty customer service, took ages for them to connect you to their phone service after disconnecting your old one, taking months to get connected altogether etc. 50 phone staff at one point, still only 250. Just generally poo.

  7. So, you can blast glass at stuff to make it smooth. Ok I say what we do is, break some bottles let you stand 10 feet away while we blast it at you, let's see how smooth you turn out.

The freezing tightens the muscle, whereas the hot bath makes them looser, I know there's an order you're supposed to do it but I can't remember, as alot of Free Runners suffer from similar problems so they do it. Can't remember if it's hot then cold or cold then hot. Sorry for the unhelpfulness :angry:
  13. Depends how he means, anyone can chug out loads of sit ups as well all sit down so much so our stomach muscles are alot stronger naturally now than they used to be. So he may be doing them a different way who knows.

  15. Ahhhh, I get you (Y) :angry: Sorry I thought you meant you have to continously lift greater and greater weights to find somethings easier to lift.
  16. Actually no, if you start lifting a weight you can do 1 rep with now, then continue for the next 2 years regardless without adding weight, just doing as many as you can. You'll be able to do alot more and if will feel like nothing.
