    OT, freewheels aren't usally thing you'd tend to go budget on. Mostly as it decides on you having teeth for the rest of your life. Just a heads up though mate, good luck with your find.

    I've been riding for coming up to two years now, and i cant seem to do this very well at all! I can do it up to a certain extent, but when i really put power down and try to go far my wheel seems roll off the wall. Any advice?

    Used to have this problem using the normal Ipod headphones, so bought myself some of these. EDIT: I don't usually feel that 'agressive' music helps me ride, it just tends to make me angry. I like listerning to something like the below. Calming and helps me focus.

    Or, smooth rims/dead grind with Heatsink Blue Pads. Super soft so they are awesome in the dry, no tar, bike spray ect.

    Just need to lean back more on trying to keep your front end up mate. Nice clips

    Take both your clinders off. Hold one down firmly whilst pumping the brake so that the piston is fully extended. Give it a good lube and if all else fails try re-bleeding your brake mate.
