  4. This. It's no good asking people about there PSI in the tyre as many people have different riding styles. Some smooth, where it would be alright to have your PSI lower, and some not so smooth which may require higher PSI to avoid pinch punctures.

  7. Hello, Revolution Cycle a New(ish) Cycle Trials shop which importants: All Deng components, Monty and Onza products. Ben has been very succeful in the trials scene lately. Some of you might know him from his Stools at the HampshireBikeTrialClub events which he has been putting up. They offer a fantastic service, super fast delivery and can do almost anything you like. Custom Bike builds, Wheel builds, tapping, facing ect.. Ben currently sells all his products at 10% less than Tartybikes does. If you ask for a certain part/frame he will try his hardest to get it for you. Ben is very comitted to his shop and I just want to help him along his way.   11. I have at school, i wanted to do the whole thing using CAD, but our milling machine isnt small enough. Hopefully it will be ok to make the recess.

  13. Hey guys, I'm doing a project at school, of which is too make a set of brake pad backings. I am going into this completely blind, am I have only basic ideas in my head. Basically, I am asking if i am doing anything obviously wrong, or something i need to watch/look out for whiles doing this? I have started of with: I have worked out basic measurements from observing a TNN backing. From there i have worked out : Any constructive advice is much appriciated! Thanks, Sam x
