  1. Who did you ride with in Barmouth/pwllheli?

  2. In Barmouth wow, there was myself, Andrew coates, Will Clarke, hmm a few other low key guys haha, but this was like 10 years ago matey. Whne where you in Dol?
  3. Another way in which u can learn and the way i learned is, to get used to the motion of having the front wheel in the air, so pull a wheelie, obviously make sure your not sitting down and practice the motion of pedalling and braking, that way you get used to keep the front wheel in the air and not letting it drop. It sounds like you know how to add the 'hop' so once your compitant with that, add the hop in and away you go.
  4. Nice littel video there mate!
  5. I think you should mess around with differant bars/stems combo, as I ahve had problems with my riding on my new bike, the stem and bars where to long for, so I tried 3 or 4 bars and 2 different stems until I found the set up that worked for me.
  6. That would be awesome, but would I want to ride with it? Descisons, descisions!
  7. A ha, almost locals haha. Its pretty odd because when I lived ini Barmouth and Pwllheli I always saw and rode with trials riders and since moving to Ruthin, I have hardly seen one............ Will let you know when im your way to ride, where 'localy' do you guys ride?
  8. Thanks for this also, i have some on my Atomz and need to change the bars, so funnily enough was thinking about asking the same question. MMMMThanksyou.
  9. Yes, I cant wait to get down to you guys, hope fully in the next couple of weeks, shall give u a call or email to get my spot booked!
  10. Hi is there anyone out there in the North Wales area? I currently live in Ruthin, not too far from Wrexham and just cant seem to find any local trials riders. I seem to be riding mostly with bmx'ers and skate boarders, but hey at least im riding
  11. I now have the tripple colour seat (is this sad?), may have to order some new Fatty r forks from my Cannondale dealer as cant find any team blue coloured ones Have ordered some RS7 as The coda crank where on the red bike not blue, please correct me if im wrong. I seem to be spending too much time now on Ebay looking for old parts for this bike than I do riding my Atomz at the moment, suppose this Welsh rainy weather is helping the course as well. I will let you all know about further updates, pics soon also.
  12. Yea i saw that bike for sale too! My previous model had Ceramic D521's, red Hope Bulbs, Fatty R forks, Raceline HS33's, Union Jack seat, Azonic bars.........Thats the closet spec I could afford/manage at the time, but it was nearly 10 years ago. I ahve been looking for a few pics but have none, which is pretty gutting but plenty of video footage, thanks for the help guys, really want to hunt a white fade frame/bike down, might take me a while though, oh well, cheers!
  13. Front pivot drop offs I would have to say?
  14. Nice, just got his new album, thanks for the heads up.
  15. I think I still may have to sell my gran to get this as spot on as possible haha. I never knew Cannondale made the white fade frame, seen Martyn riding it but didn't know they had put it into production.....My frame is the classic blue one, oh and was the white fade differant geometry to the original frame? I'm hoping to source alot of the parts from ebay and 2nd hand sources, the union jack dcd was a pro odel, only the sponsered riders had them? I have the union jack seat and the previos vel model seat, fatty r's, maguras and that about it for now, any more info would be highy helpfull. Thanks guys.
  16. Thats a nice little video there my friend that you have put together, just one question though can you tell me what 'dub step' track that was you have used, thanks.
  17. I ride, have ridden a Cannondale Ashton, every where i go pepole call it old skool cool, which i guess it is as it came out 10 years ago i think? (if im wrong im sorry), but I still think they are an amzing bike, along with the Pashley, I guess im just soooo used to riding the 'old skool' frame as opposed to the new geometry (for me).
  18. I just got my whole bike for lets say 'cheap' its an Atomz with a great spec, so getting parts for £125 should be a doddle!
  19. When I first got into trials I was extremely lucky enough to have a Cannondale Ashton, the bike itself lasted my for years with a few upgrades every now and then, until on day it could last no more.......chainstay didnt want to stay any more and decided to try and 'relocate'. Any way I have now found another frame on ebay which i have purchased and am now looking to build an old skool replica of the bike Mrtyn used to ride, if anybody could help me with the parts he used, i would be very thankful or if you have any of said parts, please let me know. Cheers guys.
  20. Well hi my names lee, im from sunny N.Wales, ive been riding trials for a while, but recently bought a new bike, with this new style of long stem and bar combo........ How do you guys ride with them lol, it just seems odd to me having so much weight and width over the front wheel, even rolling bunny hops are feeling tricky :$ Im gona buy some a dh bar/stem combo again me thinks. Any way rant over, is ther anyone out there from the N.wales area, im in Ruthin, CIAO.
