    i had this problem with trialtech thin grips which was doing my nut,so i wrapped a thin layer of electrical tape around bar then used degreaser spray to put them on and hey presto they havent moved since there solid.

    hi jack im your height with a 32inch inside leg,iv got a specialized langster in a 56/57 one of those.it feels good for me.ifu wana try it give me a text and you can take it for a spin.
