2. Thanks, will do. great help mate by the way just out of interest, how does the tpa work, and what does tpa stand for? thanks again Theo
3. great man, well noticed. i think i have. So would this make it slip? or loose power?
4. Right. So i need them on. haha. Turns out they are on. How i didnt remember i dont know they are massive. I checked the lengths and the booster bolts have the same length of threads as the stock bolts that came with the bike. so its not the length any other ideas anyone?. I thought it could be the rubber bit. do the clamps need to be perfectly in line with the rubber bit on my maggies, its slightly off.
5. humm, i will have a look, didnt understand your second bit though, didnt make much sense to me the bolts are the ones that came with the bike apart from the booster (gold) ones. would this still effect it? - will do! I dont think i have the plastic bits on. will double check now. "file dow your mounts" which bit do you mean? just the bolts?
6. Right. I use a cd to line the pads up straight to the rim, but when I tighten the bolts, after about 5-10 mins riding they seem to slip back so I loose some braking power, sometimes I loose more more than others. I have tried tightening them quite a bit but i dont want to tear off the threads. Is this normal, if not what could be causing it? (pics below) Cheers Theo sorry if they are a bit blury, too tired to play with camera settings!
7. sounds good! Might check them out this weekend!
8. Brakeless?!?!!? Crazy!! Amazing at the same time.. haha, nice one and nice photography too! Are these rocks in Hebden then~? Theo

10. Not seen him round, but i havnt been round very long. I always tend to see the people in person, makes things much more reliable. I will keep my eye open and good luck!
11. been in to mtbing for ages, loved doing tricks on it like a few back wheel hops. It was seeing some of this benito ross crazy stuff that got me going Been at it for nearly a year
12. Thanks mate that leaves things decided! Theo
13. hate to sound like a idiot, but, "gear ratio" whats this? My guess is erm... nevermind. Thanks! Theo
14. Title and description says it all, couldnt find any answers from the search bar: 160mm or 170mm cranks? which ones? whats the difference? Im riding a 20 incher, hope i can get some answers, im looksing to get some spined ones, finally! Thanks Theo
15. I would have gone for a t-bird. Good conditioners arnt too expensive. From what I hear though the newish onza range are the ones to go for, A few of my friend got onza pro's and blades. Lost of begginers get these and they are easily upgradable. Theres a pretty step by step process to learning trials, learn the trackstand and the back wheel hop (so you can do it easily) first. If you get stuck try youtubeing "leech tips" video guides. Its a very very hard process so you need lots of determination Hope this helps. Theo
16. they have always been very helpfull whenever I have been in. George is a right guy
17. thats just having a rant, they are really nice people who dont specialise in trials, you cant really expect them to know much! They are great when it comes to mountain biking and stuff. The shop have given me contacts, thats all. They arnet actually making the park. The council and other trials dudes like ali will hopefully end up all helping. I am already in the process of trying to get in touch with the council bike guy. Thanks for the advice anyway Theo
18. Thanks! it will be a while yet, im going to see my head of school on thursday. But i will keep you infromed
19. Tahh, yeah, nothing has been accepted yet but I do know im not going to make a libeary, haha
20. Thanks, Ill keep that in mind, The bike shop has some good contacts for the council and stuff. Theo
21. I flew over to france with mine, you cant really get to ausie any other way unless you like the sea, haha. The price was a standard luggage price but I didnt pay any extra for it to be kept safe, if your planing on flying remember to let your tyres down! Theo
22. Hi there. A while ago I won a pretty cool competition, to cut a long story short I designed one of the next 50 pence’s. Here's the design. I sent a trials biking design in too, but they clearly didnt like that one as much Im wearing the biking kit because I did some photos fro the press on my mountain bike before this I had to attempt trials with massive metal bits on my shoes>_<. Anyway, the school got 10g's and I got 50p, well a gold one... I have a choice in where the money is spent and the idea is to give some to some of my local cycling, so I went to speak to Blazing Saddles in Hebden today to see if it would be possible to build a trials bit in hebden bridge park. They thought it was a good idea and now the plan is to get in touch with people. So, so far so good If Ali sees this it would be cool to get some ideas, I think he helped at lee quarry. Thanks Theo. Ps, Some should go to pedal sport too, but they never turned up to the presentation of my prizes even though they said they would, also blazing saddles are so much nicer, the press said that pedal sport did go which was a load of bull, that pissed me off, also they called my trials bike a bmx Some has to go to my school too, so im not sure how much is available yet but im going to try to make it a good amount
