  1. Is it still possible to get the bottom bracket out when you glue it on?

    Snapped Hose

Looks very tempting. Will never be able to afford that though. I seriously need a job. Ebay seems to charge me ridiculously mad amounts like 5 quid just for buying something now, and when I sold my t-bird they charged me 25 quid.. Is that normal? I mean its just daylight robbery

    Snapped Hose

Heres the pic: The hose snapped. Should I just replace it and put another normal hose on, or splash out and buy one of the steel braided ones, do I need a crossover pipe or a hose? Also any ideas on how to get the bit of hose left on the slave off? Also is there any way of avoiding this in the future. Thanks! Theo.
  7. This is right bang in the middle of the GCSE exams. I have one on every day its held
  8. I saw your comment on Ali's page. I tend to use the walls by the little carpark on the post office street. Want to ride sometime? I have the same bike as you!

  9. Noticed you side hop to the right. I learned it that way too but now I have been told to do it the other way, I can feel it's a little easier it's just re-learning something that you know you can already do is pretty boring! What are your sidehops to the left like?
  10. Yep, Ali has said he will help. I was hoping he will read this as he isnt the best at replying to PM's
  11. Ok, using some prize money that I won, (£10,000) the plan is to build a trials bit in my local park - Hebden Bridge. After speaking to the council they have asked for some plans / designs. Whilst I was drawing them out I realised how much I was struggling as I am still only a few months in to the sport. Could anyone give me some ideas to help me make an ideal STREET trials area. The natural will be separate and designed later on. The council only asked for a simple draft of the sort of things I was after that stated the exact location of the area, the height and a rough size. Here is what I have managed so far and it would be great if people could add ideas and correct anything that just wouldn't work for trials in my design. This is the Google maps link to where the area might be. So far the idea is to have it next to the skate park where the non grassy patch is. google maps link this is my design: So summarised, the basic question is: With a 10 grand budget, and a small area of land, please give me extra ideas and really good riding situations for street riding that I could include in my design. Thanks! Theo oh yeah, and please don't bite my head off
  12. Seems to work for me only had it on a few weeks though, it may well need replacing if I never get a new chain, but there's only a few marks on the rubber so far I think it would be a good id to listen to the pros here though edit: I need a new chain, thats why it's rubbing at the moment. Should be one on it's way hopefully though!
  13. I might come if that’s ok? Pretty unlikely though as my parents have chained me to my desk to revise.
  14. Im poor, so I used an old innertube, cut it up, and taped it round the frame where the chain was hitting.
  15. Every time! Because Im cool. Plue Peter in the old days was brilliant with all the cats and turtles and stuff I never managed to win any, I remember getting really upset when I lost my 5th one hehe
  16. Getting pretty tense now. Managed to do this a while ago. Good luck to everyone!
  17. Ever since I got a grind for my wheel mine has been pretty loud, I can live with it for actual trials but when I ride down hills, (because I don’t have a front brake at the moment) the whole valley can hear me, haha, I get some very strange looks. It's just one of those things you have to deal with. I usually end up walking the bike down steep hills now.

Best of luck with getting it going edit: Just realised the websites name, very ironic It looks great so far!
