  1. Yeah those all look great, I was speaking to a guy at a bikeshop today saying that the real markup is at the distribution end, but he reckoned there would be a decent enough market for them. I'm starting to worry now, because what about if I order 100 and there all the wrong size or have a weak weld or 1" headtube or something. Maybe I just haven't got the balls for it :$

  2. I've been having a long think about it and I would really like to comission about 100 frame (not necessarily trials specific) from the far east and sell 'em real cheap. I was thinking geometry similar to the early planet x's, which seem to do as a good all round street/trials/dj/park bike.

So how do I go about doing that, Ko must get his frames custom made but now that planet x no longer make the jack flash I want to start doing something similar, like the rock hound and stuff?

  3. Microsoft are just shitting them selfs that hddvd is going to lose against blu-ray... which it is. MICROSOFT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!! NOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! BLURAY *** :P

Playstation 3 will be better as well but we will find out for definite on march the 23rd ;)

Playstation 3 will kick Xbox's ass, end of story really, but I'm not planning on buying either, why waste you're life in front of a tv screen? Get out on your bike!

Please tell me you are joking right... you do know the PS3 is already out in Asia and America and is sucking... badly:

The PS3 is so horrendously expensive, has no decent games at the moment - period. The PS3 is sat on shop shelves in the US but no-one can buy a Wii anywhere.

The simple fact is the PS3 is already being called 'Sony's dreamcast' - remember them. For Sony it could just mean the end of a bad finacial year of battery recalls and PS3 delays, but for SEGA it meant they never made another console.

  4. Aren't vans expensive to insure, I reckon you can't go far wrong with the 306, plus they are multifunction (a van will just be for carrying stuff) I hear the turbo is decent, if you can stretch to the HDI it will be cheap to run too and, while it isn't no speed demon, should still leave the nova boys behind.

  5. Have you watched the keynote?

In market potential, this is the biggest thing apple have ever released... bigger than the ipod.

    The multi display looks awsome,

It can work out weather its portratir or landscape or up to your ear.

    It has google maps

It has safari with pseudo tabbed browsing

  6. Planetxpimp is right, they haven't been calibrated for traffic changing lanes.

The problem with these cameras is that these cameras seem to be in the most ridiculous of places, or enforcing blantenly crappy limits such as large open twin lane highways where the limit is something like 50, ridiculous.

The picture of the motorway with the '40' signs on the overhead gantry on the previous page proves my point. The cameras are linked to the signs, so the limit is always changing. WTF!

Drivers should not have to be concerning themselves with these traps. They should be concentrating on the road and driving suitably for the conditions. - You wouldn't do 60 round a blind bend on a country lane, even though it's legal.

The fact of the matter is drivers aren't been allowed to drive appropriately, around my area a kid was killed when he lost control and hit a speed camera. He was probably speeding, yes, but the fact he panicked and hit the thing killed him.

Far more people are hit each year by drink drivers and those without tax/mot/licence/insurance.

Basically the statics indicate that speed is often a minimal contributing factor in causing accidents, yet the speed traps are contributing to a major distracting factor.

  7. Bebo and MySpace are sooooooooo Web 1.0

Facebook is where it's at, plus I don't have to look at some semi-tranlucent page, while I'm trying to figure out how to stop the automatically playing music because of some badly scripted CSS template has moved the player off the screen.
