    I'm 6ft 2", Rode a "cruiser" for a few years. felt very comfortable. I'd say a 24" would be perfect for Streety/park riding.

    I'm guessing that frame is pretty heavy. I'd change the frame. Although it really depends on how you ride to how you change parts.
