I ride with a few people but over the past couple of days we've had some little rides planned but the weather has just been awful. They keep telling me kinda the same stuff as you lot like practising my balance.

I drink The cheap 35p energy drink or Rockstar. After I've drunk them I don't feel bloated but it doesn't effect the way I ride or how I feel feel its just another drink.
