Hey i noticed when i was last out on my bike that my freewheel is a lot quieter and has a lower gearing than usual is there anyway to get it back to its optimum performance? Cheers Grant

So he was struggling to jump from train to train when he was off the bike but could do it with ease when he was on the bike.

Hey my friend is having trouble with his star-nut he cant get it into his forks he's tried hitting it in with a pole and a hammer but when he tried getting the old star-nut out of the forks it just fell to pieces so he thought it might happen doing this. So i was wondering is there anyway to get a star nut into the forks with out smashing it to pieces. Cheers, Grant
