  1. Hey once again I'm having trouble with a few trics. These are: 1. Gap Ups 2.Sidehops! 3.Confidence (not really a trick, but need to boost it) So lets start with Gap ups. In our street, all the riders call pedal kicks, gaps. So, has anybody got tips for getting higher than 2+1/2 pallets, as i can not get much higher than that. Secondly, Sidehops. Very hard to learn. I go so my foot forward is on the opposite side of the wall. I can barely do 2 pallets, so how do i get vhigher, my mate keeps saying he is gonna teach me but forgets lol. Lastly, confidence. Please.. Dont laugh... i was hessitating to go off 2 pallets after 3 months riding. I have done 5 pallets, but for some reason i wouldnt go off this wall, i did eventualy but i need help. How do you push yourself to your limits? Everytime i fall, i would never try that wall again, my mates try to get me to do it, and eventually get really annoyed and angry because I will not go off small things, and admitidley (sp?) I used to be scared of nothing. Please help, and thanks ALOT if you do. Grant.
  2. Wow, for 8 weeks, your better than me! :$ Very nice riding, almost garunteed (sp?) that you will be a very talented rider!
  3. Anything to help a fellow member of the forum out And according to the Trialtech website they are the best risers available, possibly the truth or possibly just to boost the bars they sell, who knows!
  4. The rip is a very nice bike, despite what people think about the smaller back tyre/wheel it is very good, as is the Bird. Alot can be done on it, just I seem to be getting alot of punctures due to low tyre pressures, but i pump them up hard now. My friend has got a Bird, it is a very very good bike, admittidley (sp?) the Bird is quite heavy and same with the rip it could do with a freewheel, apart from that, good bikes. Hope you like your Bird when you get it.
  5. I agree with the person above in the quote, You have made a very good effort for your english. Welcome to Trials Forum, very good video also!
  6. I beleive when you order from TartyBikes.co.uk they are £49 + postage. Im Kieran's (Modifiedridah2k9) mate and love the feel of his Trialtech risers, 100% recommend them mate. Grant.
  7. Hello Trials-Forum! Well I'll start with the basics I'm Grant MacDonald, I live in Inverness and ride an Onza Rip '10 (Red). The changes I have made to my bike are - A rear '04 Maggy with Heatsink Red pads, front heatsink yellow vee's, foam grips. I have been riding quite a while now, around 3 months (maybe not so long ). I usualy ride with my friends around my street and sometimes town centre in Inverness and the islands. I look forward to being able to use this entire site like the trials chat and for sale, videos etc. I have read the rules and know about the validation system. Hope you all welcome me, Grant
