  1. I'm pretty sure the frame is full CrMo, I ordered It in March. At least Marino said It was full CrMo I had an old steel Marino frame and it was heavy as shit, my new one seems to be lighter
  2. I forgot to mention, it's made of Cr-Mo Edit: I took about 2 or 3 months to delivery, Marino had a little delay, since he didn't have the 4bolt mounts ready at the time, but the major delay was in shipping, since I live in Brazil and here international deliverys are slow
  3. Here are some pics of my new bike from Marino. 4. I forgot to mention, that when I got back to riding with brakes after riding brakeless my riding got much smoother
  5. It was really fun for me, until I broke my wirst in an idiot stack =D And for the creator of the thread, you should try it, It's really fun
  6. The frame of the video seems to have a lower BB. It seems that the geometry is really manual friendly.
  7. Really good riding. But I still didn't understand the frame. Is it a street trials or a pure trials frame? It looks like one of those
  8. Dude, you got balls. Some good riding here
  9. I tried it in the rotor that used to came with tech trial brakes, it wasn't good. I thought that the rotor may have been contaminated, so I changed for a kcnc rotor and the hold was still bad. Do you have any tip for me to make my brake better Adam? PS: You prbably will remember me, I'm the guy from Brazil that bought the hope pads from you
  10. I'll try that Should I also sand the disc for the pads to bed in? PS: The disco is NOT contaminated
  11. Did anybody manage to solve the problems with 'pro' pads? I have two choices, I can run my shitty 'pro' pads or I can runsome old contaminated standard pads
  12. The bite of mine is good, but the hold is terrible
  13. I'm also having problems with the pro pads. It's impossible to compare them with the standard ones. The standard one worked waaaaaay better for me
  14. I'm riding a because simple with a 150mmx25º stem combined with an echo SL high riser bars. I know that this is the most "famous" stem size for a 24" trials bike, but I can't get used to it, it feels to long for me. I feel too stretched on the bike and it's really hard to pull manuals and bunnyhops, since I'm 1,68 m tall and came from a mod background So I'm thinking of getting a new stem My choices are: 130mm*38º 125mm*25º 120mm*20º Has anybody tried these stems in a 24" bike? Are they any good?
  15. That guy is insane. I think that I would go any bigger if I moved to a stock. The only thing that would get better is my up to front and maybe I would have more confidence in rail riding
  16. Oh sorry, I meant that I made some new threads that go deeper in the axle. I think that I may have solved the problem. The bolt was too long for the threads, so it just needed a small spacer
  17. I'm also having problem with wheel alingment, but the problem is that the chain gets slacky every 30 minutes of riding and I'm using echo micro notched snail cams. The thread of my axle snapped, so I made the depper. Is this what may be causing the problem?
  18. I don't have any problems with sidehop, but I have lots with bunnyhops to rear and up to fronts. I always need to try them a lot before I nail the first of the day, but after that they start to come more naturally
  19. Do you feel nice on your stock? I started riding in a mod, but all of a sudden I decided to get a 24" pure trials. I could go as big as I would on my mod, but it was to strange to ride on that bike, I lost all my style. The result of the change was that I disliked the 24" and went back to my mod. It would be cool for you to try a different bike (mod), but it will be really strange in the begining. If you don't get used to the bike simply go back for a stock Sorry for the bad english, since I'm from Brazil
  20. Got some new rotor (kcnc). I'm hoping it improves the performance of the brake
  21. I sanded the glazed surface o the pads and rode with the brakes on/off but the pads glazed again. If I keep riding, will the pads "deglaze"?
  22. I don't understand what you mean by "wear in", but I've tried to bed in the pads for almost a week, and the only that I got was glazed pads =(
  23. The pads that I got are "clean" and the disc was cleaned with soupy water. I'll try the fire on the disc. Sould I sand the disc and the pads, so that I unglaze the pads?
  24. Hi, I recently got a hope tech trial to run on the rear After some time with the brake it leaked and spilled oil in the pads and in the disc. I solved de leaking issue, cleaned the disc and got some new pads (blue backed ones) Now my pads keeps getting glazed and the brake power got f*cked up. Any tips for me to get a good performance again? Should I get a new disc?
