K810 Kool chain it came standard on my onza blade its built into the frame.

every time I tighten my chain it becomes loose after a few weeks. Ive checked ive tightened every up properly but it still becomes loose. why?

Im in need of a new front brake and because my bike only has disk mounts on the front Im thinking of getting a Avid cable disk. Anyone know what there like or have any better suggestions?

Is it just me or does anyone else get annoyed if you do something that doesn't feel smooth and neat? I personally think its important to do things smoothly to be a good rider. What does everyone else think?

Im the same I seem to bottle out on easy things just because im high up you might want to try trashzen there's some tips on there on how to overcome the mental barrier.

tennis elbow (Tendinitis) is inflamination of a tendon in your elbow. The best way to treat it is by using an ice pack and dont ride until its fixed or it will only make it worse. Thats What I found out at school when I was learning about first aid.
