hi a mate of mine has broken his frame near the bottom braket on one side, his frame is made from aluminium, will welding the frame fix it ? or is there anyother way to fix it ?

i've got myself back into trials but now im wanting a mod, does anyone have one i can buy for around £150 ?

I ride a phase 1.3 the frame looks kind of the same, should i put a smaller rear sprocket on ?

There is 8 of us who ride trials around where i live but only 3 of us ride frequent the others cant really do any trials moves (not even hopping) so theres only like 3 of us who can ride trials.

I already have 2 bikes im not sure my mam would want me to have a 3rd

Ali's suggestion tempted me all though i wouldn't go brakeless because i don't have the gutts i'd keep a back brake. I'm wanting to start dirt jump biking where as if i got a street trials bike i suppose i could do both street trials and dirt jumping.

If i change the gearing will i still be able to pedal kick still ?

i might sound stupid but to street bikes pedel harder because i miss being able to go fast and do jumps and things ?

Hi im getting a little bored of trials i have been riding 8 months now and im starting to miss speed and jumping. do you guys have any suggestions on how i can get myself back into it. Hi i have a phase 1.3 it came with gears and basically the nacked up, the chain used to skip and the chain used to com out of the derailleur, i think it wasn't giving enough tension. I single speeded my bike and i have had no problems now, but i like a bit of speed every now and agian, so i would like to put gears back on. Could the problem with the gears be solved by taking a few links out of my chain? Or will i need to buy a new derailleur ?

Very nice mate. Would look a lot better if you but a bit or white on it like the forks,bars,seat and stem. But i like it.

I put lock tight on it and now it works fine and it's all tight

Don't get the second tensioner it doesn't work, it doesn't give enough tension and causes the drivetrain to skip, i had it on my bike for like 10 mins and it didn't work i tried tightening the spring and that didn't work either, i just took 2 links out of the chain and now i ride my bike with no tensioner. But take my advice don't buy it.

Tripods come with 3 legs. If it doesn't have 3 legs then it isn't a tripod

I had an arguement on here a few days ago, that water shouldnt be in your brakes, this is the exact reason why

I had the same problem, when this happens jump off your bike and look at the mech, im pretty sure its that, whats is it jams up and causes the chain to jam up because there isnt enough tension on the chain. mech will brake iff this keeps happening. best off single speeding it.( unless you buy a really good mech)
