  1. Can we swap some parts mate?
  2. it doesn't work that well..it's just a 160 but it slips alot.. do you think maggies have more modulation than vees?

  3. v-brakes are the best ^^ But I'd like to try a maggie on the front instead of the disk

  4. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/4bolt_boosters/tensile_4bolt/c3p10031.html Your best bet is to find a used one
  5. It's much stronger and stable
  6. you probably did right..but anyhow my 1.3 is receiving lots of love ^^

  7. Try and make the rider move in the frame instead of following him with the camera..and if you like doing videos get a better camera!
  8. Essential. I've got one on my 1.3 and the difference is fenomenal..brake is ultra stiff now..before half of the lever pull was just flexing the frame..also a frame that flexes risks breaking
  9. Sure thing mate http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/shed/item/46-mad-phase-13/ If you need any other photos or info just ask
  10. Shame..and you ride a 1.2 not a 1.3 :D

  11. Go for a tripod, man..it'll improve videos alot
  12. A booster? I'd really get one..frame flexes like a beast and apart from ruining the braking you risk cracking the frame You have maggies, right? Here you go http://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/868701/
  13. We were born the same day! :D

  14. Engagement points can be even or in multiples of 3 I think..well about 20 then Sucks anyhow Here you go good sir Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  15. Yes it sucks..that's the last thing I'd feel the need to change on the bike after changing the brakes Also my cones are already falling apart..and it's not like I'm doing 11ft drops either Edit: just counted the engagement points..it has 21
  16. It'll be worth looking into it I think! When I go up using an endo I finish with the pedals nearly vertical and loose my balance..am I doing something wrong? I can get up ok with a pedal kick even if it's a bit hard because of the very few engagement points of the freewheel so I'm not constant and tend to loose my balance..but I'm not getting a new hub anywhere soon unless mine explodes! PS you did the best thing not reading the argument
  17. Know what? With half the money of a hope 2 you can get a trialtech 135mm fixed hub+freewheel of your choice http://www.tartybike.../c21p11423.html http://www.tartybike.../c16p10690.html 80 quid instead of 132! (and 72 engagement points instead of 48)
  18. You reallt should consider going single speed..it's miles better
  19. Trashzen is already my bible
  20. I've been riding about a month 2 or 3 times a week..not really focused on learning though..just messing about I'm trying to get into focus now and actually start working on technique. Sidehops I'm trying to see how far I can actually go I'm completely unable to do them on my bad foot side though..need to work alot on that Yeah, I'm looking for people to ride with..I'm meeting up with a guy in Dublin and next week I'm off to Limerick hopefully to ride with some other guys Then in september when I'll be back in Italy I'll be able to ride with my friends (at last) Why don't you film yourself? I'm really curious about seeing other beginners
  21. I tried 30PSI yesterday and felt as hard as a rock I'd say I'm about 20 on my 26" now
  22. I'd keep an eye and a half on pinkbike too
  23. And which would you guys say are a good balance of price/quality for a 26"?
