yeah im not a good rider anyway and the bike is just in the garage most the time because of trials motorbikes so ill probly never break it haha i just wanted to put it up because I've never seen one on here before

as you can see there are holes drilled for that and the disk isnt bonded on it was bolted on

and what way would you have done it?

well the end would normally have nothing on but spoke holes so what he did was machine that completely off, as you can just make out near were it dips in at the end, and then he got billet aluminium and machined it so it will fit over a lip on the hub which he left on. then the holes for a disk were put in and the spoke holes and the whole thing was attached by sweating where you heat it up so it expands and then when it cools it has a firm hold on the lip. then we chemical mettled it to make it extra strong and painted it black

the disk wasn't bonded the full hub was machined and then a new pice in place of it

it was on good and proper because it was sweated on and then chemical metal ive been off about 5ft thats all because im new but its been just as good as other disks ive felt

hi i had a profile hub when i bought my monty a while back and wanted to go dual disk and wanted to keep this hub and my dad is a experienced machinist been doing it all his life so he managed to do it for me and this is the finished product ive had it on the bike a while now but never riden much i thought id put it on here because ive never seen any other ones like this

Put them in a pan of boiling water for 5 mins then wipe them with a cloth problem solved

What year was the frame as I have just bought a 205 pr and looks the same but don't know what year it is on thanks luke
