Hello all,
i have a neon bow and have been using a 160 mono trial rotor with my tech lever trial zone caliper and pro pads, i haven't been getting good enough bite/hold so got a +20 adapter and a 180 rotor, seems to be working better,
is this over kill, should the 160 of worked better?
thanks all

you can however get a stem set on ebay, 4 for the bar clamp, 2 for the steerer tube clamp and one for the top cap all the right lengths for around 11.99 posted, works out cheaper,

Would need a 6mm Stainless Shroud to fit the braided hose to it as i believe it is supplied with a 5mm stainless shroud
but does that apply if i have a hose already fitted up? i wouldn't look to changing and hose ends unless needed, so would my banjo fitting bolt strait on?

Hello all, i need of a new caliper, thinking of buying a trialzone for the rear,
however on a well known site it says this 'Supplied with all fittings (including fitting bolts and shims for the #3 and #5 Caliper models), allowing easy fitting with any Hope Kevlar hose.'
so does this mean that i cant fit my hope braided hose to this? this may be a very stupid question, but i want to be sure.
thanks all

i like how every ones getting a little emotional about you quitting saying to keep it up, its almost like a girlfriend leaving a guy and him saying 'don't go, we can make it work'
but yeah really nice riding man, shame its time is up.

awesome joe! huge riding as always, the video was really well put together as well, made it even more better! some nice little touches and angles, keep them coming man there awesome

That only really works right after it happens , done it a couple times on my dh bike doesn't work amazingly but it'll get you home. Best in my experience , boil them then set fire to the pads and then a tiny bit of sanding. For rotor , give it a good sanding or bathe it in meths.
The brake will work again but not as good as before maybe 75-85% of the previous performance. Best solution would be new rotor/pads.
surely just pads will do it, and a good clean on the rotor
-
that depends on your riding. I was talking about how Dez said "I take it you mean the ones on TA" but the first post said it was about the 20" forks on the Echo Lite.
so not if your doing big hooks/gaps to front?
-
or not?
are they not very good?
-
find a good hill and be it in again? is it true that its best to use muddy water as it works as a grinding paste? if so try that

the bike landed perfect.

Ok sweet cheers boy!
Awesome, so once the gold has come off, get it out sharpish?!
Any idea how to get it a very vibrant silver with 'rubbing off' the king logos in order to buff it up before lacquer goes on?
Cheers for the input people!
i reckon you could lightly wet and dry it, 1200 grit, but caustic will leave it fairly smooth, i wouls say autosol would be your best bet! i always use that on my rawed alloy!
180 rotor on a mod, overkill?

alright cheers all, the only part i dont like is having to use a +20 hope standard mount adapter on the rear, but power is worth it i spose
