I think caustic soda since my mates one looks anodized. The paint go off really easy with sand paper though so it's a option aswell He just used sand paper

Agreed, that's how I have my bars and it feels awesome. Just sits on the rear wheel, and I'm able to g-turn with them too (Meaning it's decent enough for street)
