  1. Yea, but this tool was used not on purpose. It can't press pin by design. Any evidence, mr. Rainbird?
  2. The most difficult thing was to lengthen a chain with this:
  3. Who cares? 2011 still doesnt exist.
  4. How? Because it's obvious! GU 2013 comes in 2 colours. On that Russian forum there is blue GU 2013. And as far as I know last GU frame before 2013 was released in 2008.
  5. This is stunningly! Mark, your riding is soooo smooth. What gear ratio you have now?
  6. Alright, alright. Buy it but do not complain later if you can't fit brakes or if it cracks in 2 months. I just wanted to warn people that can think with their own heads, not butts.
  7. 2011 GU? Lolf**kingWHAT? This is 2013 Gu. If you don't understand Russian why you.. oh my god. Guy said in that topic that he cracked 2011 echo pure and buyed another chineese shit.
  8. In Russia all the chineese shit are available to buy earlier. This guy has problem with mounts http://biketrials.ru...ead.php?t=44249
  9. chineese quality so shitty that brake mounts may be crooked (I heard about the problems with setting maggies on that frames)
  10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afnj0CtgnTQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XncTd344To I really like this sort of riding: pedal kicks/punches and stuff. What gear ratio would be better for that moves? Now I have 18-12 and it feels sooo hard to do pedal kicks and punches. I'm afraid that I will be not able to ride like that, but I very want to. I already read some topics about, just want to be 100% sure with choosing of sprocket.
  11. It would be difficult to film it now, because of snow everywhere. Just get some speed, sit on saddle and let hands off the bars. It's like on any other bike(almost every kid can ride 20-30 meters with no hands on XC) but more fun.
  12. Why do you need brakes after you became good without them?
  13. Marino was bent a little, it was impossible to set rear wheel properly. And also it was welded in 2 places. Marino is cool, if you order it brand-new and choose geo and stuff by yourself. It would be my next frame. 14. I know) but #1 priority is to get good parts that affects riding. And also - I use saddle for its intended purpose(I like to ride without hands), it's not decorative.
  15. What may be wrong? Maybe chain is too long?
  16. Gonna build it in 2 hours. Don't know what headset to choose.
  17. -4? It's freaking warm! I dream about -4, you can ride for hours in -4.
  18. Actually I'm not a drinker.. but like real Russian I can survive 5-floors building jump(it's not so difficult) and fight an average bear. It's not a tradition, it called ingenuity. I can buy any bike instruments.. but why should I do it? For example: headset press costs ~80 pounds but anyone can make some good analog for ~3 pounds.
  19. If you mean shittyness of chineese parts - Yes. First fork (neon curved blade) broke with no reason. RWH and noob's pedal kicks, that's all. Urban fork broke in 1 month, but my riding was so light and tender(68cm drop was the most "stressful" thing).
  20. Loool, Chris you are crazy. Comparing 09 CONTROL and 2012 shitty-gaylight urban are not adequately. And I broke it not only doing trackstands, also rear wheel hops!
  21. Loled. Can you prove it? You must be a world famous expert! Why should I buy tools if it's OK without them? I've put this baby in my new frame with piece of wood and hammer without a scratch. If your hands grow not from your ass - it's easy.
  22. Install headset? Piece of wood and hammer. Take off headset? WD-40 + screwdriver. Install/Take off Hollowtech II/TRUVATIV BB? WD-40 + screwdriver + hammer. Take off chain? hacksa..
  23. For example - when I was a little noob learning trackstand and rear wheel hops I broke: 2 chineese forks(5 months lasts neon curved blade, 1 month lasts echo urban 2012) and 1 freewheel (bionic 72 that started to skip on the first day of riding!). And Flipp rides with one TT fork for ages and he's doing very crazy things than puts alot of pressure on fork. And there are dozens of broken echo urban 2012 forks in Russia and every fork lasts ~1.5 months. It's REALLY not normal at all.
  24. Echo(also zhi and neon)=chineese shit. Didn't you know?
  25. This wheels not so little, but this is awesome.
