I bleed mine in the bath, it's the easiest way I think.
Fill the bath with water. (Or just use a bucket) Take the brake off of the bike. Put the brake in the water. Undo the grub screw on the lever. (Underwater) Undo the bolt on the slave. (Again, underwater) Pull the lever once and you should see air bubbles in the water. Keep pulling the lever until no more air comes out of the brake, Do up both of the bolts underwater. And you should have a nice feeling brake. :P
