entry level hayes brakes are pretty poor to be honest i would prefer some decent shimano or avid vee's. Look at scott, Kona's are decent bikes. The 05 kona looks wicked. Make sure you get the right frame size, remember that the MTB's are designed so that the geometry is right when the seat is up quite high. Level or above handlebar height, watch any xc race and you will notice this. Get a brand new bike, warranties are good and you can take care of it from the start. Have fun!

i found it for about 300.(insurance that is) I would get a geared bike if i was you. so much more fun and more control. Twist and goes are for grannies and trannies. Proper cheap to run as well 50cc things, so make the most of it before you get a car! As for bikes ( geared ones) Suzuki TS50 ( i had one of those, was alright, pretty good condition started well etc. ) Apprillia rs50 or rx50 one if offroad (ish) one is onroad. Derbi sender yamaha dt50 i think thats what it's called You can also do slight things to them like different gear ratios bigger cogs new exhausts and get them de-restricted. It's illegal but most people do it, on your shoulders be it basically. You can then get about 40-55ish out of them. Depending on which bike etc etc Some maybe even quicker than that. Some people also bore them out to a 70cc etc as well. So yer basically, have a look on ebay as well.

cheers for your replies. Yer as i said before i have Final cut Pro and it's actually different to that idea which is shown above but cheers anyway. Also for the green screen idea you need after effects for that don't you? In FCP i found out all i had to do was put the clips above each other right click and go to composite mode then click add. Then fiddle about from there. I also found out how to do similar effects to that off manifesto. So basically thanks for everybody's help, and also to the lad who asked about the picture technique the way i do it is obviously make sure the camera is on a tri-pod and in the same place and just copy and paste the rider from one picture into another, selecting the square from the top of the picture so it fits in easy- ok that didn't make sense but think about it and it may come to you. If not, ask someone who isn't a complete retard.

you can actually get about 110/115 in 1.2 sport fiat punto's. Although this punto says it is a 1.2 everyone thinks there must be something wrong! lol But i reckon you could get more than 104 or whatever out of it.

Right, well i just wanted to know a few techniques in FCP. for example- how do you play one clip on top of another? So there are two video clips going at 50% opacity sorta thing? I think it has something to do with two video time lines running two videos at the same time, but i don't know how to change the settings! There are a few more questions but i have forgotten and will edit later when i remember. Also if anybody else has questions about video editing might as well post them in here. Any help would be appreciated.

has it not hit you all that our bikes aren't legal so we probably couldn't register them which means we probably couldn't ride legally? IF this law goes ahead it's going to fooock us all over!
