I agree with you Mr Arnold. I prefer alcohol as a means to enhance conversation. Strip away a few of the tensions of life and release the tongue from it's social bindings. I used to love getting hammered though. It was amusing initially. Something new and all that. Feels a bit of a waste though these days. Not very progressive to your life, in fact quite the opposite. I'd check to make sure you're exporting in 720*512 or what looks like you might be anyway, 720*480. I suspect though that you might be suffering a media player problem. I'd try using another player to watch it. Have you check though that you're not watching the video at 100% or 50% size ratio. If you are and your desktop resolution is several times larger than the video size then it will sit smaller in media player. You can alter this by going to either View>Video Size>200% or View>Full Screen. Or you can right click the video display in media plahyer and select "Full Screen". I suspect though, that this won't be an adobe issue. Sorry I'm a fool, I orginally noted all of what you said and then forgot half of it. Ignore the irrelivent bits.

I believe in Karma, just not in the form I think rests in most peoples minds. I think Karma is essentially cause and effect. You choose a certain kind of behaviour and it takes you down a certain path that usually entails a certain kind of results. It's not like you punch somebody in the face one day and the next day a car knocks you down. It's all completely relavent to the specific type of behaviour you partake in.

I could go with that. Everthing does seem to look for a sort of equilibriam. The fact that we're all living like kings in the western world with our energy consumption appears to be coming back to us in the form of global warming. It could all be a universal warning or controlling tool. If you look at a lot of disease, it spawns from the way we behave. If we create shitholes, we promote disease.

Something about Christianity I've always wondered about. God is supposedly all powerful, and all knowing. This means he created Adam and Eve in a way that he knew would make them behave the way they did. The snake and the apple, blah blah blah. So this makes God a bit of a fanny really. He wanted to see the human race suffer. He rigged it all so he could have his own soap opera world of sex, war, drugs and swearing. Yet this is supposed to be a God based on strict morals. I just invisage him as a fat coach potato that hasn't visited the shower in about 3 trillion years.

People are thinking something. They might as well express it. Not expressing it doesn't take away the fact that they are feeling it, whatever it is. Satire is a great thing. We should all be able to laugh at ourselves. Imagine if everyone was laughing. World sorted! Sweet. Even if the opinion is contentious or possibly offensive or whatever, it should still be expressed. That way it can be discussed and evolve and hopefully, if it is a silly opinion, it can be changed. Hiding opinions in the back of our heads does nothing to change anything, because that opinion cannot be reasoned with by other opinions. If you want society to evolve slowly, then no one should say anything that might possibly offend somebody else. I personally think, from all of our perspectives, that it is equally as silly to say a religion is defintely true as it is to say it is not. Atheists depend on the same faith to say a religion is not true as the people that say it is true. Elements of religion exist outside the realm of human experience so we just can't know for sure, and anyway, human experience never means anything is a definite due to it's unreliable nature. This is why I consider myself to an agnostic, although I do believe that religions such as Christianity, Islam etc. etc. are certainly less likely to be true and they certainly cause all sorts of nasty problems.

The word "chav" is derived from class snobbery, in my opinion. No different from all the other neurotic forms of discrimination we suffer in this world. I've done a lot of drugs in my time and still do so now and then. Nowt wrong with that, apart from when you listen to the people who don't actually have experience in them. I'm sure also, I won't fit into your stereotype. The clothing I wear, the lifestyle I follow are all contradictory, at least in my mind, to the steretype that surrounds my drug use. I also know many people who are different in their own ways to the stereotype. You live by stereotypes and you're missing out in a lot of ways. Do you really want to judge one individual on the behaviour of another individual. Especially when the judgement is based on something like clothing, or dialect?

I'm properlly ill this morning so only a quickie reply I'm afraid. I was up all night coughing and puking. Not a very pleasant experience. Mark, I understand what you mean, that there exists potential for this technological gain to have a knock on effect in some form or another ann for that effect to be benificial in some humanitarian way. However, I think we need to be practical about this. I think the potential is small and unforseen and the current situation demands more direct action. It's not just about the third world it's about the future of the environment amd I'm not just refering to this partiular car, I'm refering to the whole fashion of the car industry. I think cars should not be used as they are. People should use public transport or walk or cycle and only use their cars when absolutely neccesary. They should not be used for fun or for being lazy. I can totally understand why people would want to use them for fun. Make them look nice etc. I wish everyone could use them for fun. But the current situation demands this is not possible. In regards to your comments Nick, cars reflect only one element of an overall contribution or ommision of behaviour that we in the west perform. I could give you a long long list as to why we strongly contribute to many detramental situations all accross the world including Africa. One of these being our selfish hoarding of resources. Just an example, but I think it's eight western corporations earn more than half the worlds population. That's ridiculous. I do understand that in Africa, a lot of their situations arise from the regimes and dictators that come into power. Again, if you knew about how involved OUR goverment, who reprenset all of us, as well as many other goverments in the west were involved in a lot off these situations, I believe you'd think a fair bit differently about how we are unable to help. We supply many of these dictators and regimes with their guns because they are more friendly to our "need" to strip their country of their resources. The live aid concernt was a farce, as was the g8. The money raised from the live aid concert is only good if we inject it into a country that can self sustain. A lot of these countries can't self sustain due to the various economic sanctions we impose on them. I could go on but I need to rest my head. The computer screen hurts. I don't really care if I'm the only one not driving at the age of 40. Maybe by then people will lbe more aware of how their actions have f**ked the planet up in one way or another. Sorry to sound harsh. It's not fun arguing when everyone is against you, but I've got to say what I think. At least I'll know I tried.
