Well i go to JJB gym and its amazing realy nice place, and huge, costs me 35 a month which aint at all bad for what there is, full weight training section, tredmills, cycling machines etc, and lots of classes on self defence and boxing etc all included in the price, and theres a pool, sauna etc. Advice: Join a gym and youll never regrette it.

rightyo, i've just bought the stella husky kule kube and its nice and cold but not cold enough lol, its set on 1 which i was thinking will make it ice cold but no, its not, so are these like normal fridges that take 24 hours to chill properly? any help would be great. Cheers Richie.

Its possible, go to your piercing/tattoo place and tell them what you want, and the chances are they will stick a 2.4 needle in. Or Buy a 1.6 to 2.5 metal nail type expander, its gonn hurt either way lol, my cartilage took 8 month to heal lol

I had a 6 in my ear hurts a bit, if you want to get one strech it slow, adam(thesubway) he pierced his ear with a needle, then went 4 to 6 to 8 and it went all septic lol.
