  1. Sounds nice! i saw a videoclip here one day a bike tester use front tyre from jitsie too, maybe it will come soon, looks like it have the same thread style.
  2. Today i get my new front wheel from tartybikes, as well a new creepy crawler tire, wow i love it now, but a bit heavyer, but its ok, im not professional rider anyway, this front tire will stay, love the damping in it, can run lower psi . Lol. The other tires i will just save for later.
  3. I have sent a e-mail to Continental germany if they will begin to make tires for 19 or\and 20 rims to with the black chili compound. i would love if they made a tire in blackchili compound, that is hell of sticky and soft,, speacially on my 26" baron mtb tires.
  4. I have allready change to creepy crawler now, i will give it a try first, since i have not try it yet, Maybe im to fat to run less air in the pro race, lol. Im not sure how old the pro race tire is where i bought it from, over rubber will get harder, but the tread on the front tyre pro race feels softer in the knobs. I had 1.2bar in the prorace on the last test, then it feels ok, but flat out when i land on corners. But for sure the tire feels grippy. With the creepycrawler i have add 1.4 bar and it still feels soft, so i will try the tire first., just need to experience this two tires first over time.. Prorace tire is hanging and shine on my bedroom wall. Lol
  5. I don't like the feeling so much with this pro race rear tire, cause i like to drive with lesser air, i will hit the rim if i land a little hard on corners when it feels confirtable to ride and jump on the rear wheel on other surfaces, and it feels so hard when i add more air, the tire feels like plastic.. I dont like to run so much air in tires in front and rear cause i like the damping feeling, I think i will try the creepy crawler tire next. lol. Maybe i should just ride it more and get use to it and test some other airpressure.
  6. I just found it now, anyone have try it yet? Same weight as the pro race tire 760g. + / - 50a compond.
  7. Thanks.. Lol. Here are some more pic from last day riding when testing the rear tire, the pro race tires i dont feel they are so soft/damped/bouncy than the original eagle claw v1 tires, so i can't have to much or to less air in the rear tire, but i just need to get use to it. cause i like to ride with lesser air, but not so less that the rim will hit sharp things i jump on.
  8. Really, thats nice, i tought those older models was heavyer compare to now days montybikes.
  9. Here we go again, now with another new rear tire, the pro-race for testing.. Ok ,i guess i will leave it there ubtil it will be wear out and be bad and replace it with creepycrawler or the 2.7 monty tire again later. Have upgrade around some places with titanium bolts too.. Stock the bike weight 9.8kg.. Now its down in 8,3kg... Will upgrade the front rim/hub later.
  10. Those old monty's looks great, what is it weight btw?
  11. My computer open the pic on a strange way, but i tought it looks awsome with the wide tires lol
  12. Awsome, those rim/hub combo is one of the lightest out there i think in 20" ? Have same rear rim with jitsie hub too. Lovely bike, and so light too.
  13. Bought a bike holder, so then i try it and clean and lube the chain. Lol
  14. Oh yeah, i sold it to one guy in skodje. Glad he could use it
  15. Great. Im using continentals, First i try was 26x2.4 x-king racesport with standard walls, cheap and light tires. But they look 2.2" wide on my rims. They was very grippy in all surfaces with lower pressurre for my body weight do get all the knobs to the ground. Good climbing in wet mud/grass etc. Issues: very slippery on wet roots in the woods and on wet mountain stones in "downhill" I took then off and saving them for summer riding instead. Next try: continental der baron apex protection. 26x2.5" "wet king tyre" Very grippy in all surfaces too, have not tryed them yet in the woods on wet rocks and wet roots but hope they will be better since is bigger knobs and chili rubber to be more stable and grippy. As well i using dh tubes with those tire and they are very heavy now. Maybe i will swap over the "old" tubes since they are lighter.. My frontwheel weight 2.65kg with that setup
  16. What tires u run on your mtb ?, *Sizes *brand/model and experience on wet or dry surfaces, wearing or damages ,why do you have that in front and another in rear etc. Pics is great too. Post your experience if you want:)
  17. Some updates after getting this bike, new gears, chain, full service, new tires continental Baron 26x2.5 apex protection with downhill tubes. x 2 and (heavy as hell) conti x-king tire 26x2.4. x2 as summer dry weather tire. Lol
  18. how old is that rear tire? Looks good used up hehe
  19. New fronttire installed and jitsie 99grams tube.. woho!!
  20. My montain / forest bike (pic longer down)

  22. Back to the 2.7" tire but now with 45,4g less weight took off half of the side blocks. and have got my new jitsie pads, what a big and nice upgrade!!
