  1. Example a 19" rear wheel, Where is this 116mm comming from? Or 105mm, Is it between the frame, end to end on the hub?? Where? Pic of explanation please? I have a monty kamel 220 frame, but i cant find out if the orginale hub is 105mm or 116mm, im looking for a new rear wheel/rim and dont know what i should choose cause of the hub, i will use snailcams on the outside on the frame btw.. Maybe i need to take of the rearwheel first and find what dropout spacing its between the frame... Thanks.
  2. Plasti dip the frontrim, and installed back the eagle claw tire so i can use it up first. And the new hashtagg pedals is awsome. Next upgrade will be ligther rims and wider backrim, ligther handlebar, the orginal is heavy compare to those i have found on websites. Im thinking to replace all the bolts with titanium bolts too. Lol.. Waiting for bike cycle weight from ebay too. Cool to have and see if weight will be lost. Until no i have grams weight for bolts, rims etc up to 2000g. ;P Standard rear rim/wheel without tire shows about 1026g.
  3. Looks good, like the idea about drill the rim, can i steal it too? Lol , have you lost some more grams on it?
  4. Got my new leg-crushers now, hopefully these will give a lot more grip. Bought it from spain. And they are much lighter compare to stock pedals.
  5. Yeah its very slippery when its wet, i like better to ride when its dry weather anyway,,the first meters of sand there is hard surface too so its ok to cycle there, but longer its more softer.. Well. The handlebar was orange, the fork was chrome, the frame was orange and white, and the rear of the frame was white and some yellow, have u pic of yours? I will see if i can find any older pics:) if you see the first picture in the first post of this thread you see where the orange color is, the color that has fade away have been white, and the fork chrome.
  6. Installed new rear tire today, most just for fun, as pic shown, monty eagle claw to the left 2.6" maxxis creepy crawler in the middle 2.5" and Monty 2.7" to right. Tires i not use, will save them for later.
  7. Found out to use the area downside of our house here, why not make a trial track, at least place something there to train on. Have added some more after this pic, and Will add more stuff with the time. Had to crop down the pic to upload here. Have an hill to the left and stonewall too, so it could be nice to use to jump up on when i will have more skills. Lol
  8. Ok, yeah. Guess it fit only for the motorbike cause of weights too.. Anyway i tought just about on a more agressive look for a cruising trilebike forexample, But i guess it would not fit the rimwalls either. maybe its not 19x2.8 or 2.9" wide out there either then for bikes.
  9. Is it some other tire brands out there that made wider tires than 19x2.7" ? will a trial-motorsycle tire be to heavy to use? Found some in 19x3.00. (as long it would fit between the frames too) Just wounder.
  10. Got some stuff today. Rim tape, seat tape and chain damping, needed to cut in half to get it fit, but done the work it should anyway..
  11. Use helium as air in the tubes, will make the bike some more lighter;), cool thread.
  12. Yeah the grip was very good now, specially with this shoe i use
  13. Made better grip on the orginal 220 pedals, like them more than the blue ebay pedals. Fit better for my foot.
  14. Got a 220 today, installed new pedals and ready to go, what a huge diffrents from 1988 (or something) to 2011 model ,lol. Awsome brakes too..
  15. That can be right, im not sure self. Orginal color was orange and white and some yellow details, including stickers around.
  16. Got some stickers installed today, not orginal for the bike but better than nothing..
  17. Tested the new rearwheel, have to modify the brakes rear to have the pads longer down for more brake area on the pads, its to near the sidewall on the tire..
  18. Fixed the grip on the pedals with a cutting machine too last day. Oh,got the new tire today so installed it right away, like the look. Waiting for a new freewheel for this rim too. So i dont need to swap over from the other wheel. Thinking to test it on this bike later.. What could it possible be worth if im selling this bike like it is now? Im going to buy a new trialbike soon, but im not sure if i will still save on this old one..
  19. Drivable for now, waiting for new reartire for the new rim, and black hand grips.
  20. Yeah maybe, its nice to see them in great condition. Well, I dont know about this paint look, but i decide to keep some of the orginal color on the frame, and since it still stand monty on the frame i just make a random design around it and paint it,, now i will paint it with clearcoat to get it more shiny.
  21. Got some polish on the brakes today, not perfect but better than it was before.
