So yeh as the topic title says, kazaa and ares have randomly stopped connecting. Currently using kerio personal firewall, i turned it off to see if that was the problem but apparently not. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've had bad experiences with house parties.... Basically move everything (I mean everything) that's breakable, expensive or pretty much anything thats not the sofas / music system / tv into a room which can be locked. Therefore it isnt gonna get damaged. Like said above DONT put up signs or anything which people'll find funny when wasted. And keep an eye out. I got my washing machine nicked :"> . If all the obvious answers don't work your best bets to take it into a decent computer shop. It could be anything... Button moved slightly so the wrong circuit boards get hit etc.

I need it to install NTL as my ISP onto my computer. We had a copy but my housemate lost it so we neeed to phone up get another one. How do you mean it should all be on the modem? All the modem does is provide a medium between your computer and the cables outside the house, isn't the CD needed to install NTL as an ISP? Just like for freeserve or AOL you'd get an installation CD... Cheers for the help though.

Me and my housemates ordered a new broadband installation cd about 5 weeks ago.... Phoning back once a week to be pomised the cd within the next week but noughts happened. Eventually got the excuse that they havn't had any cd's but have some now and will have the cd sent off immediately. 2 weeks later any CD? Nope! Just wonderin... Has anyone else had problems with NTL recently?
