Found a pashley 26mhz, complete for 150! went to have a look, and my god, how cheap for what it was!, had the tv series forks, powerpro cranks (remeber them!!! chocolate cranks!) dmr bash, hope mono rear hub on 521 cd, elgato tyre. RACE LINE brakes front and rear. With horse shoe boosters, azonic bar and shorty stem (which are for sale) what i can say is, old skl!! ill have pictures up asap, have changed it around abit though now, LOVE IT
  3. now he hasn't told you this but that is a new tyre he brought, he just cut bits of tire to fit the booster, lol
  4. that bike is sexual, had one spittin image of that. want to sell it
  5. we have a chain in stock made by reluctunt (dmr/upgrade bikes) there 20rrp here but there a good half link chain, chris
  6. tell you what, for a bike which isnt designed for trials it does ride really well, just getting used to it. The bike might be up for sale though, lol. because of money problems, i will sell the bike as it comes standard for 300, please remember nothing has been used on it apart from the frame, so click on the link above and have a look!
  7. right, im very upset.! i have not rode a trials bike in ages, get one, then everyone rubs it in my face by meeting outside my work for 11, do you know how this makes me feel, lol. just think of me working my lil socks off, serving old people who stink off piss, who say they have a bike with a puncture, but cant remember the size and type of the tube .............................!
  8. well, after ages thinking on what bike to have, looked at many. I thought i would buy something cheap .... but also nice. I got the new Trek Jack 1 (replaced the bruizer), original price 400 rrp!, bloody bargin. The spec on it is here - http://www.trekbike.co.uk/2006/?sec=overvi...angeID=0&ID=245 i have taken everything of the bike though apart from seatpost, frame, and bottom bracket because this is a jump bike, the headtube is set up to run a sus fork, o i have put dmr sidekick forks on it, and changed the wheels to hope monos and rhyno lite rims, its a really good street rig. also the jack has mounts for grind plates! how cool, no more chainstay wearing out (clockwork - CLEM CRAIG!) well, ill post pics up asap
  9. well what i can i say, his user name says it all. lush pics mate ...... keep up the good work, tell clem he looks like my sister in those pics ,, haha
  10. Mornin/afternoon after alot of thought i sold my leeson, had to fund for my car insurance and it had to go, PICS OF HER - http://www.streetfurnituretrials.com/leeson.html - check out this site while your at it, its good). Its gone to a good owner though so its all good. But there is only one bike for me, which i think out all my bikes the last 3 years (px zebdimk4/orangezer 14"/echo bounce/Echo control/leeson), the pashley was the best. So i am going to build another one! so far i have built a rear wheel, Hope mono Hub 32h black on a Sun Rhyno Lite (welded and machined) with DT swiss DB spokes, but added a pimp tuch and done red and blac spoke nipple ..... don't ask i thought it looked quite cool. Ill let you all know how i get on .... So to any local peeps, clockwork - clem, punktrialsrider - adam, and any others, ill be back soon lol

  14. cool, well if you didnt come, was a really good days ride. weather was fine ... hardly any hassle off the old bill, what more could you want apart from some rich teas! WHENS THE NEXT ONE!

  16. what hub would you say would be good adam, i have just gone from a chris king too!
  17. i take it no one has actually got one then?
  18. 11 at activ sounds ok, i don't have a trials bike to ride, my fault i sold my wheel. Im letting clem borrow my frame and that though, he snapped his b/b jumping of some phone box's tonight! NUMPTY BOY!
  19. AFTERNOON PEEPS, have emailed staticbikes.co.uk, but haven't had a reply, so thought you guy's/lass's could help! The hub says it comes in a 14mm axle, now i don't think this is of any use to me at all, i have a leeson clear 660, with 360' qr drop outs. Does anyone know if they do this hub in a qr version at all? and also are they any good? cheers people, Chris
  20. i think the prices are a bit tits up, but any goodridge stockest charges peanuts for the hoose, the rest is for the stainless steel fittings, i find my standard magura hoose is better than a braided one i had before, but the choice is yours (CHEAPER TOO)
  21. hi mike, right the fitting kit you need is for the shimano 525/magura hs33 kit (part number - mtb104) and the price is - 22.50! and shockingly, they only supply the fittings from the lever to the caliper, not the cross over bit! so really its just cheaper to by a new kit at 29.99 from our shop www.activfolkestone.com or any other bike shop, cheers mike
  22. Well for those who went to the Ashton demo at ashford with out bikes must of had a good time, but peeps with bikes didn't. The stupid security peeps there didn't let us watch the demo, even though we left are bikes round the edge of the fenced of area, they said "sorry its not covered under insurance for you to ride your bikes in here", HELLO, bikes can't exactly move without someone on them! So after MR TOP GUN security bloke came out with his sun shades and walky talky, he made us leave the site, and said he will call the feds if we didn't move (WAN@~R!) so wasnt happy, i sent an email to them, ill let you know if they reply
  23. thought that was on sunday mate? i would be up for goin on sunday ..
