  3. ive got a slight problem Wayne, Im currently only 17, does that mean that i cant camp there without a responsible adult there at all times??. i was planning on getting dropped off tghen picked up the next day, could u b my responsible adult?? -Andrew
  4. how long will it be 'till we're all riding penny farthings through sections? looks a bit similar lol? lmao! -Andrew
  5. Dont know whether this has been asked before or not but does anyone know if chris's pics from various tyke trial rounds and british champs have been put any where, i dont think they're on his page linky -Andrew
  6. im sorry to have to say this, hopefully sane people will agree with me that that looks foul. The fluro rims only go with certain colour, and tpro colour isnt one of them!!! other than that it isnt bad, but since ive got onza carbon bars, i hate the try-alls, too low and flat. Anyway, sure u like it, and more importantly ride it, instead about bothering about how it looks. -Andrew
  7. sweet, wish i went, bret, ur just harsh!! -Andrew
  8. Look at this fixed tensioner, it keeps the chain at constant tension. -Andrew
  9. bleed from the master cylinders (ie, syringe at the wheel end) and bleed them one at a time. So leave the bung bolt in at the other cylinder. Try this it should work, i think thats how i did mine, remember to reset the tpa to zero, i always forget that, duh!! hope this helps -Andrew
  10. i really enjoyed the trial today, even if the weather was bad. Its the first tyke trial round that ive won!! (Expert) The observers did a great job on such a foul day, so big thanks to them, thanks also to the organisers and section setters and anyone else involved. Looking forward to the next round. -Andrew
  11. Yer, i no, the pic was taken just after it was built up, so a bit of tweeking has taken place. I have now replaced the bars with 28" onza carbons and the stem with a monty one. That is indeed a tensioner, which means that u get a fixed back wheels, which means that u only have to set up the back brake once in a blue moon and the 360 dropouts look really neat. Its a small nylon roller which is held in position when you tighten up the back wheel, it works really well. The geometry is the same as my old koxx lb long, but clive will make what you want. It rides really sweet, and i will never have another aluminium frame after this one. -Andrew
  12. You may have seen it already but meh... comments appreciated - Andrew
  13. I was wondering if there any street riders in my area. There's isnt really anyone around me to ride with at the moment. so add me to msn or reply if u'r from around this area. Cheers, Andrew
  14. You've knackered the threads on the crappy plastic tpa, the force of your finger is enough to do it. When it happened to me i made a replacement. Take a look http://83.170.72.216/~trials/forum/index.p...topic=62326&hl= -Andrew
  15. Is there any way of downloading the whole game, i dont have broadband at home? -Andrew
  16. What is this game?, the only one ive got is the dna game. Where can i get this one? -Andrew
  17. yeah levelboss was old and knackered, had a crack under the head tube and had alredy been welded at the bashguard mounts on the chainstays. This is an alltogether better piece of machinery, and its worth the £400, unlike the alu pieces of sh1t from taiwan which porbs cost about £50 (materials labour and shipping!!) and then you pay koxx £400 and it doesnt last a year. I say buy British, we're the best engineers in the world, we just dont seem to make much anymore!! -Andrew
  18. Its awesome to ride, it has geometry very similar to my old lb long, and it is a very similar weight. -Andrew
  19. Me (Andrew Walker) and Chris Walker (no relation) are going to addingham moorside for some practise on sunday. Anyone else want to go? -Andrew
  20. Lets not forget this, even if the wheels are a bit smaller
  21. I would definately go for an FSA platinum Pro 128mm, I had exactly the same problem with my old lb 20", got an fsa bb for £35 from CRC, its better quality than the trials specific ones. -Andrew
  22. Cheers Chris, im really interested in seeing those pics -Andrew
  23. Try leesonbikes.co.uk, look at the 609 on the trials page and have a look in the owners gallery. hope this helps -Andrew
