Similar to how you would refer to a bouldering 'problem' I guess? Its mainly an obstacle if youre looking for a generic term, but we wouldnt usually call it that. We might even give a specific obstacle a name like: 'hook wall' or 'brick faggot gap' 'statue drop' etc. Interesting difference in languages though.
