a hole saw is a drill bit that can be attatched to (nearly) every drill.
but you might have known that?

Might be a bit bit for mod wheels - I dont think 20mm will fit between the spokes... not 100% sure though...
oh yeah, good point.
you might wanna measure how big you can get away with or just what size you think you can get away with.

I find a decent hole cutter works better than a drill bit.
first drill a pilot hole to guide the drill bit in the hole cutter.
Then finnish the job by cutting the holes with the hole cutter.
I recken about 20mm or 22mm holes would be good in the back, maybe 13-15mm in the front.
You dont need to dimantal the wheel, just do it from the out side to inside.
dont forget to get rid of the burrs with a fine or sand paper.

I use 661 rajis
They are REALLY light REALLY thin and in summer REALLY cool, BUT they dont last me very long, I go through about 4 in a year. They cost about £20ish.
The feel they give is amazing! they are just like an extra layer of skin rather than a glove, soooooo comfy.
They only downer is that they dont last long, but then again, all the gloves I have used in the past have lasted about the same length of time.
I would like to try the Hebo gloves next if they are as good as mr Mark says.
Actually, I wouldnt mind trying some gloves with a carbon nuckle, I am alway gouging my flesh when riding natual, it might come in useful if some punk trys to knick my bike too (N)

I had a 20 tooth, they are pretty common
I also had a 20th, its a few weeks then its my 21st

just use water, even cheaper than dot.

nope, Carol is leaving too, shame as she did a hell of a lot of work for the club, it will be hard to replace her.

I think the mounts that way would be mint! you could even then weld a booster to the seatstay brace thing and make it even stiffer. Although, that would then be compying my designs :-" but I could forgive you (N)

bike 1) lovely :- I love its looks, I also like the seatstay area but its hard to tell whats happening because of the gloss black paint.
bike 2) not my cup of tea, I never really liked the coust frame design, this is an uglier virsion
bike 3) less keen on this one, it kinda looks like what the terminator would ride, surly the more parts then the more there is to go wrong?
bike 4) this is more like it :( its got more traditional looks, not too keen on the dropouts though
Bike 5) Sorry, not keen on this at all! If the dictionary had pictures next to its words, that would be with Ugly.
I think Frame number one, with the carbon top tube of number 4, one piece bb/yolk and possibly the brake mounts of 3 (if it works well) would be a top frame!!!!

fat mike will be home in about 4 hours, he's just left mine now.
I thought the event was brill! I dont know about anyone else, but when there are fewer big objects, it brings out all the ingenuity of the riders. I thought there where some nice techincal lines (cool for me as I cant ride street for shit :"> )
Nice music too, just maybe a little loud :D
Hard to tell hwo should get the Tee though :D everyone was pulling moves every which way.
There was a GREAT party afterwards, everyone got roasted! was a right laugh, hopfully there will be a vid of all the drunks, oh and sleeping under a table isnt the most cumfy thing ever :D .........................Wheres my shoes!!!! :D
I thought ogwin was mint too, too most of the morning to get over my hang over though, but once that started to clear it was a mint ride! I LOVE Ogwin!! Everyone seemed to be riding well, good on Bucky for snapping his bars, the nutter!
funny seeing Tarty get a puncture when he didnt even seem to hit anything :P
Over all, it was a weekend to remember, THANKS for putting it on :D :D :D
