ARGH! My throat hurts soooooo much! I'm getting better now, bit annoyed atm though because I was planning on taking my Kona out on some "serious" terrain for the first time tomorrow. May just go anyway (and collapse halfway lmao). I find drinking hot drink and generally keeping warm helps, although I'm finding it extremely hard to regulate my body temperature, I'm sweating one minute and then shivering another....weird.

The holes are for the small pin on the back of the caliper to insert into. The higher the hole the stronger the spring tension will be. There will also be a small screw located near the brakes pivot point which can be used to fine tune the spring tensions of each caliper so you can get them balanced.

They're usually on the bb tube but I think it's only law in some countrys, for example Apollo are made in the UK and I think they have to have them, not sure. But if it is anywhere it should be on the BB tube.

Racism is discrimination because of someone's race right? Something which is wrong because they can't do anything about it right? So surely that doesn't make it right to take the piss out of anyone for something they can't help, i.e. people who look weird. They can't help being whatever they are just as much as people of a racial minority who may also be considered to "look weird" so how can racism be so much worse than any discrimination for looks. The rules at our school state that racism is punished by expulsion whereas someone could be bullied for looking a bit different (a group of my friends that are "greebos" were all being bullied by a group of chav scum) and they simply get told not to do it again and let off. - By the way this isn't neccesarily my point of view it's just what I though of when I looked at the wider picture.
