That'll of been at least 3 years ago. XTR have been XC specific since then with the hollowtech shizzle. They'll definitely be strong enough but I'm not sure on the BB.

The Marin is an amazing bike BUT it's designed as a "hardcore" trail bike not for urban/jump riding. If you're wanting to do urban riding then the P.2 is the way to go as it's designed for exactly that purpose! Not sure wether your budget encompasses this but an orange hitman are supposed to be excellent urban bikes.

I'd reinvent the knee amongst other things. It's biologicaly the shittest joint ever made, how it got through evolution is incredible. Designed for quadrapeds used by us, it twists easily, takes impacts poorly and just generally f**k up. Oh and backs too, they suck ass as well.

If it was waist down and not neck down then yes. I'd just feel like a complete veg if I couldn't do anything, you get speech problems if you're paralyzed from the neck down I think, so you wouldn't even be able to talk to your loved ones. Americans are so damn weird. What the hell do they think they look like in those little picture clip thingys. Some of them are like doing peace signs whilst another seems to be very worried about his hair... :( A friend told me to watch this because it'll be "really good". How I'm feeling in one word? Unimpressed. For me this really is boring, admittedly I'm not watching properly but even so, I don't have to be paying proper attention to know a good football or rugby game. This has simply fueled my hate of Americans lol.
