Hi, I've got a Mavic D521 and want to build my Hope Mono (Skinny one) onto it, but I'm not sure of the spoke size i'll need, anyone know? Or know of anywhere I can find out? (36 Hole.) (I did search, but found nothing)

Well presumably, as you ride you use only the muscles involved in riding, so if you want to get the muscles involved with riding stronger, then just ride, and you can't go wrong! After a while it surely has to make a difference. But then I just thought, if you keep riding at pretty much the same level, then your not going to build up your muscles anymore because they have no need to get bigger because they can (at this stage) handle what you're doing quite comfortably. If you get me... What i'm trying to say is what I put first is useless :thumbsup:

I just do abit of everything. If i'm bored on the computer I might go on bitesize for abit. We've got study leave at school, but they've got revision lessons going on aswell which is all good.

The only place i've managed to explore was on old MFI near me. It had been closed down and empty for months, not quite like the rest of these places seen on here, but was a laugh. My cousin found a way in... Then we just looked around, it was totally stripped down with a trolley in the very middle, what fun we had My mate also nearly fell down a three story lift shaft I wanna find some places like this but there doesn't seem to be any around Torquay. We found what looks like the side of an old colosseum, it was huge. Couldn't get to it though as it was well hidden, and directly behind people's gardens.

I've got a 22 tooth Middleburn chain ring with 19 tooth cog on the back, and I run a KMC Kool. I've currently got a Shimano Sora bent out to fit the chain in But it's all good.
