  1. Was that like... two rides in two days then?

I guess we won't see or hear from you for about 10 months now then :(

    Oh well.

    :giggle:

That vid was just like a couple of hours riding, just fancied making a vid.

Who are you? lol. I don't remember peoples forum names after i meet them :P

I'll be out riding much more this term though!

Pretty heavy but she rides lovely. Front end is a bit low aswell but i'll be buying a trialtech stem soon

  3. Noori you little hobo! Why haven't you been in touch! I didn't even know you where back this year..

Haha i know mate. I only just brought my bike up, made this film from a couple hours riding and my housemates filmed it. Good to know you're still around, I went out with josh and flipp the other day. I'll be riding all next week and up for a leicester/notts ride sometime!

Nice riding, you should come along on the next loughborough or leicester ride. Would be good to ride with you. (Y)

    Will do dude

  4. I'm like 2 mins from that spot, live near town. Haven't been riding properly in years and just started again, do you ride with Josh, kris, flip much?

Anyone know why the vid won't play on iPhone? Might have something to do with copyright of the song I'm guessing

  5. Holy shit dude, where have you been hiding? Where abouts are you living now?

Been on work placement, mainly down in Bournemouth, stopped riding pretty much for a couple of years but back riding again! I'll be out in loughborough as much as pos so i'll be seeing you soon probably!

I'm living near town at the mo, opposite sainsburys

  6. Could look into company sponsorship, I got sponsored for an engineering degree and had a year out doing paid work and get a generous bursary while at uni. Halls sound a lot wherever your going, I think I paid around 65 per week for 39 weeks in 2006/2007. Apart from that just get a job asap and budget

  7. Hey guys, been out of the trials game for years and going to get back into it. Going to upgrade my bike and just looking for some advice, mainly on which handlebars to choose.

    Spec at the mo:

    Echo Control '04 frame

    Fatty R forks,

    Echo stem (not sure which)

    Onza carbon bars

    Chris King hubs F+R,

Onza Ronnie rear rim, mavic ceramic front,

Hope trial front disc, magura rear.

Going to get new tyres - Maxxis Minion i'm thinking, new handlebars (been told my front end is pretty low so looking for higher rise, maybe trialtech - anyone else have a similar geo frame and have suggestions?), possibly new forks.

Want to get a new feel to the bike to inspire me to get back into it really so any advice appreciated! Considering selling and buying a 'streetier' bike to put some more fun into it!

    Cheers

  8. Tried, loads of times now, so i'm sure its not the RAM thats the problem. Looking online lots of people seem to have this problem with this motherboard so i'm going to RMA it, after trying my new graphics cards tomorrow (and most likely seeing the same problem).

With ebuyer, if i RMA the board, i can get a replacement, refund or a swap for another board. Do you think I should stick with this one, or are there better SLI intel boards around? I'm willing to spend up to around 120, this board cost 90.

Also, i'm gonna need a new fan/heatsink for my E8500 core 2 duo if i want to overclock it, any recommendations? As quiet as possible, and would allow me to overclock from 3.16 to 4ghz would be nice.

  9. Tried borrowing my friends RAM which is on the approved list and that didnt work. Also tried rebuilding it, took everything apart apart from taking the mobo out of the case, and trying to run it with just CPU, RAM and graphics card installed. Also tried re-seating CPU but same problem. I'm getting my new graphics cards this weekend so i'll try them, maybe the graphics im using is a bit faulty... If that doesnt work i have no idea, maybe a faulty motherboard.

  10. According to a few website, my ram and mobo are compatible - P5N32-E + Motherboard, and Corsair TwinX XMS2 RAM, i have 2 x 2GB sticks. Just tried reseating ram again and nothing. Maybe a faulty motherboard, i've been reading on the internet and its quite a common problem with my mobo apparently. I'll see if i can borrow someones RAM first though.

  11. Hello again...

just got it all built, borrowing my friends 7600 gpu at the moment till mine arrive. First time i tried booting, i got no video and no beeps, but all fans etc were on, everything powered and plugged in. Then i tried taking video card out, no beeps still. Then took RAM out, and i get 1 long beep, 2 short beeps, which typically means 'no video'. But if i put either bit of ram in any slot, i get no beeps. Can anyone help?

  12. Another slight problem...on my modular PSU, the top 4 plugs hit my exhaust fan if they are plugged in:

    post-538-1218129392_thumb.jpg

That shows the bottom 4 in use, with none of the top 4

I should be OK with just 4, i only have 1 hard drive and 1 dvd drive, and I think the graphics cards have only 1 power input? If so im guessing i can just use the bottom 4 plugs? If not, do you think i'll be able to take off the top fan? Are there any thinner fans you can buy? On my case i have 2 intake fans on the front, 1 exhaust fan below the PSU and that top fan.

    Cheers.

  13. Ah i see, I didnt actually think about overclocking anything

Also the PSU i have is the Tagan BZ 1300 so it will be more than enough for my setup. On the case I have 2 front intake fans, 1 rear exhaust and 1 top exhaust and its an aluminium case - I may replace some of the fans as they are pretty old though. So I should think the standard intel fan will be sufficient?
