Just as Liam says, if you keep your pedals and crank bolts tight they will last great! Its most important when the cranks are brand new, since they 'bed in' and give a little bit where they contact other parts (pedal thread, BB axle). All aluminium cranks do exactly the same thing, its just cranks like Middleburns (for example) use higher quality materials so can stand up to abuse a little better. In short, whenever you fit new cranks, keep checking the pedals and crank bolts are tight literally every half an hour for around the first week or two you have them.

All the weights on our site are taken on a set of digital scales, the same set for all products. We've had Try-All rear rims down to 687g before and up to 750+, they do vary. Monty freewheel is definitely correct. I think that may be a typo on the Monty bashplate, will check tomorrow (I think that weight will be plus bolts). Not sure why you get different weights Inur. I'll weigh a litre of water tomorrow and check our scales. As for rims, the Atomz ones are great, but if you're after super strength then Echo is the way to go.

Hehe, just what I was gonna add... in French 'Training' is basically the same as 'riding' over here...
-
Hehe, yeah they're all pretty basic... just a font. Ours is actually written from scratch in notepad

6. Getting a Mono Trial sorted me out good and proper! I jest... Another little tip is to align the rotor RIGHT next to the fixed piston, this way, when you pull the brake, it won't have to flex the rotor over before it bites

http://www.espacenet.com should have some patent drawings... won't be dimensional though I would have thought

Yeah, then once it's rotated round bleed until you see fluid coming out again... then flip back the 'right way' up and bash the bleed screw back in
-
Doesn't work on the Echo Rim Brake, due the outlet hole position as I described above.
-
When you bleed the brake, bleed it first with the lever the right way up and then bleed it a small amount more with the lever upside down (imagining the brake is on a handlebar). The bleed hole in the master cylinder is at the bottom when the lever is in a 'normal' position, so there's a little bit of air trapped in the top of the cylinder if you don't do it as I described above Ads

Yeah, the Green Rock pads are surprisingly grippy on smooth rims... on a light grind they're switch-like! On the front I reckon they'd wear out too quickly though, I would say the Rock Pads in Blue or a set of CRMs would fit the bill nicely.

Have you had it apart? Check the freehub seal has gone back in correctly

I'm sure you could have fixed it with a bodge! Working link for the vid now up...

Evenin! Just got back from a ride with Stan in Blackburn so I thought I'd whack some pics up. Stan tap with uphill run up Cheesetastic... shows how big it is too More tappage And again with tweak A rare shot of the lesser spotted Tart on a 26" wheel bike, complete with stupid facial expression And again, sidehop Bit of accuracy from Stan Same again, random angle, thought it looked cool Another tap, sorry its a bit blurry, was getting pretty dark by this point! And a random little vid: (probably won't be visible for a few minutes, will update when it is ) OK, so YouTube is being a spaz, here's an Eengoedidee link: http://www.eengoedidee.nl/videoz/download....28AADb-07wAAAAE TGS!!! Cheers Adam PS: Apologies if the pics are too dark/light/badly coloured, can't find the power lead for my laptop so the screens all dark...

160 or 180, we'll be getting both. Just had a call from Hope actually, they're on with the brakes as we speak, first there was a delay due to them being out of stock of the carbon lever blades, then Woody forgot which colour calipers and bodies we wanted haha. All sorted now though!
-
258 disc Nick, since that flange is closer to the centre of the hub (and therefore the spokes have less distance to span)
-
Well, we ordered them around 2-3 weeks back now, just waiting for the delivery to turn up! Pics and info on our site as soon as they arrive Ads

Very confused... please send em back and we'll swap them for you! Out of interest, what on earth did you do to them!?
-
Psst, check the site again, its free...
-
Yep, should be in the country in around 10 days. I believe they'll be the same as the current Echo Fixed rear hub, just with a disc mount 6 colours, splined sprocket fitting. Gonna bosh one on my new Czar when that arrives too...

Those are Casas Trials Shoes, made by Ribo, I think they may be an old model not produced any more.
-
Haha, yeah its not a 'real' club, you just turn up and pay a few quid, don't have to be a member
-
I agree! They are Ribo Urbans, we won't be getting any to stock. The AS-1s are the next model we will be stocking, very similar to the ones Craig (trialsalot) has been testing.
