I have been doing a regime for about 10 weeks now and REALLY feel the results Core: helps to maintain balance, stamina and ab muscles (Plank, crunches, burpees, squat thrusts, press ups etc) Abs: Russian twists, crucifix etc (with a medicine ball) Bar-Bell work outs (8 reps of 10 different sets times 3) for arms and chest Cardio: running or cycling 40 mins Then use the erg machines (rowing machines) do 10,000m and do it less than 20 minutes. helps with arm pump, back and core muscles. All that 5 times a week, the rowing twice a week. Also lost a stone and a half, without change in diet or drinking habits In 10 weeks not only have my technique and TGS stats improved, but feel so much more stable and explosive.

Once those plastic washers loose theyre shape they will keep moving whatever. Either buy some new ones or wrap some electrical tape around them a few times.

Totally. Im turning 22 and my heart beats fast anytime i try something bigger than normal. get horrible thoughts like breaking my back not being able to move etc. I just put some aggressive music on and visualise doing it first time. Problem is i bet you start getting really good/consistent and things you can do but improve really slowly and find yourself not trying anything new. My advice is do natural riding. Its usually stupidly hard and throws you out of complacency. Other advice is ride with younger people/lads that go bigger, will nuture your competiveness. Also consider that your older so you may have more experience/more control over your bike, your judgement and consistency will be better than a younger rider so go into every line thinking that you have more chance of landing it than a 15yr old TGS basher. The high you get from landing a ballsy move at an older age is sooo much better than when you are younger and don't consider the risks.

yer i do ride trials in bristol, but dont really know anyone, just moved here. MDMA was synethesized about 50 years ago (compared to alcohol, opium, coca leaves (coaine) khat, mushrooms, ergot (acid) in which the long term effects have been well documented as they are all been used for many more years so psychopharmacologists are a little worried about effects of chronic abuse later in life. Every risky behavior is going to have a minority that take things to far, but in moderation, it is far less risky than proportionate /moderate amounts of other risky behaviors
-
I work in the Psychopharmacology Unit at Bristol (Same as Proffessor Nutt: they guy suggesting it could be lowered in class) and there is a massive body of evidence suggesting the physiological risks are much much lower than legal drugs like alcohol and nicotine. However, due to a combination of fear/ignorance it probably wont be lowered. The problem is drugs like alcohol/nictoine have been tried/tested over hundreds of years and we are well aware of the long term risks (and their taxability). MDMA is relatively new and everyone is scared that it might have long term effects like (psychosis/addicition). people need to know that ecstasy doesnt act on addicition pathways (Mesolimbic dopamingeric pathway>>>Nucleus accumbens) like cocaine, heroin and alcohol and this has been proved. In my opinion, MDMA's behavioral effects, eurphoria, empathy etc are FAR better than other drugs like Alcohol which turn people into loud ,aggressive uncordinated liabilities. Give it time, E enthusiasts and we will be aware of the long term effects, if there are any.
