When you want to sort out your sleeping pattern, skip one night of sleep and then stay awake til about 9-10pm. Or another thing to do is to set your alarm clock for 7 no matter what time you went to sleep and wake up then. Dont go back to sleep till 9-10 pm and you'll be fine. Both ways work for me.

It really isnt, i've seen Luke try to use two brakes of one stand lever. It doesn't work! Otherwise he would have stuck with it. The best soloution at the moment is two seperate brakes on one side.
