Deffinetly the BT ones, they have a thicker steerer than most, and are mega strong, not overly pricey either.

cool do you ride in the evenings at all mate? stamford is only 15-20 mins away so is a nice change of scenery

yer these tensioners are awesome. Ive had several prototypes of the lever now, improving the design on each one and getting rid of the flaws, they are really coming on now. Hopefully they will be ready around christmas time, there was a big delay due to finding the best way to manufacture them without them costing a fortune.

one of the pawls in my freewheel broke in half lol that was the big skip, so my freewheel wouldn't budge :bunny: i agree with peddy everything was cleanable, Ive got a pic of me and you James if you want it?

was a good trial (Y) was disappointed with my score though, should have done alot better, sections were fun bar no2 which was a bit of a race.

ill be there, struggling around yellow :) haha todge has no grind so will die if it rains.

I would steer clear from the FSA the bairings in them aren't great, maybe a try-all bb or if not a truvativ
