the thing is i have never been given a e111 card.... dunno whats going on there... i think this is the way the post office deals with its claims... i dont think its that much bother to be honest... all i need to do is fill out a form and then send it off. i dont think the french know what they are doing, they have a copy of my insurance cause they photo copied it... yet they are asking for another photo copy?????? i dunno, couldnt give a toss, my insurance is going to sort them out so....

just went to post office, they told me to ring the insurance people, so i did. they are sending me a form which i have to fill out then they said to send it back and they sort it...

so do i just take it to the post office?

i just got a bill for 750 euros for my hospital trip... dunno why when i gave them my insurance thing...
