Smaller will always be stronger if made out of the same material same thickness etc. think of snapping pencils ova your head do it with a long pencil it smaps really easiy because the bonds are weaker in the longer tubing and the leverage of the metal either side of the pressure point will cause it to snap, a small pencil is really hard to do as it is a smaller target and the bonds alothough the same streghth will be harder to break!

HAHAHAH lolo if you out on a ride and having trouble you can use the back of your squer (SP?) if not get 1 screwdriver in put 1 close enough so that it pops off over the rim get another 1 then run it in between the rim and tyre so it pulls it off as it goes along, 20" with harder sidewalls will be harder just use strength
