Got a saracen for £220 but a good ammount of money have to be spent on ir and a lot of time because al the components are really really rubbish, an most of them need replacing might last a month before it starts breaking if your kind to it

I go to the gym because i like it....... i wouldn't advise free weights as if your techniquie is slightly wrong it will f**k you up seriously, machines controll your movement

Got a 05 saracen frame and forks are fine, been dropping 6 foot and it takes it all a mate does 270 endos to a 7 foot drop so its all good so far like the geometry as well, rode into a wall the other day a heard a crack hopefully it was just the wheel lol

its not about eating loads because you may have a motabolism that keeps you at your weight, either, eat loads of shi*e aka mc donalds which will force you to bulk not fat but weight or take protien supplements

Few deep tips, There are no limits whats to say you cant go a cm further so whats to say you cant go a metre further? get a saracen mad you can pick them up for £250, all the components are a piece of crap but part of it all is building it up ive built a lil' baby for just over £300, got the bike for £220 (scratch money off) hope titanium bulb on onza ronnie £65 magura and deore £30 and my prized bar ends haha but thats about it, more things need doing but its graduall not having to pay out £600-700 bulk

tars annoying its inconsistant sometimes it will work great, other times it will stick and not relese instantly and sometimes it will make your braje slip. it CAN be amazing but i want my brake to work the same all of the time so have an old grind good pads an a booster an it works good
