i was riding past some roadworks a few days ago, and noticed they had orange tape around the dug-outs they'v been doing, just check round places like that and hope there is some there

land on the front wheel instead of back, pretty obvious really when i take off to do the gap, i sit on the edge of the wall/object your on with the back tyre and dip the front end as low as possible, then go for it. its best if you practise going on to a bigger wall than your taking off.

the wider the bars the more stability you have over your bike, but if your small you may struggle to keep hold of the bars if there too wide.

if your tyres pretty solid, let some air out, this allows more bounce and makes life easier also, you really need to try and dip the front end down more, you can use that as momentum to get the upwards motion needed

me and 2 of my friends bottem brackets snapped within the same week! me and one of my freinds were lucky, all we did was drop off a lil wall and it snapped, but my other mate james was doin a drop gap, cut his shin open and bruised his shin. onza bottem brackets for you...

hellfrauds finest foam grips, you get 4 long grips, which one grip can be cut into 2, i have some and they are extremely comfy, their good in the summer too because when your hands sweat they just soak it up and you still have plenty of grip . £4.99 i'd say that was a bargain

yeh, ashame we got kicked out of uni so early, its a good spot to ride, me and a few lads met up before you came down and their was a fair few police on foot, we did'nt ride centenary square much whens theirs a fair few riders its ok, no chavs or none of the ethnic minority start causing bother p.s oh and my names Liam
