The main page looks crap IMO being a big long list of stuff. Not saying its a bad thing to have lots of stuff, but its a bit of a dull and long way of showing it.

Er, because girls looking at other girls riding will associate their sponsored riders with the product being good for use by females. Thus more sales. In general theres a great amount of girls likely to be attracted as there are so few in the sport at the moment. Its like a rule of increased returns.

To put it simply, theres little sponsoring a bloke can do to bring loads of new riders. Sponsoring a few girls can show other girls that they CAN ride too and gives them some people to watch and aim to be, even if they arent as great as anyone else. Theres nothing wrong with that, and it wont cost the company much, so I cant see the issue at the end of the day. Your point about it being a mans sport and guys being better and put them off is so invalid its unreal, loads of girls do all of the other sports, like you said, its accepted that girls arent as good as guys.

I use Magura black on mind - I run a 521ceramic rear, x618 ceramic front. Its an awesome combo... not too grabby but it locks solid, backwheeled 4" over bar height yesterday and it held perfectly. If it doesnt work too well at first, let it bed in and get a bit dusty and stuff and it will be great.

Mpegs and WMVs can be the same filesize and same quality though... tmpeg is seriously good at this. WMV just makes things annoying if you want to use the video on Linux or Mac (which is more people than you think)

Yeah, dont do it, WMV sucks dick. Export as raw avi, then compress with tmpeg. Mpeg is much better than the Windows shit.

So you traded, and you sent off the wheel, thus completing the part of the written contract that you inadvertently made made over the phone or msn. The other guys side of the contract is to send you the wheel you were meant to receive. You dont own the wheel you sent any more. Its too late. If the other guy returns your original wheel, its down to good will, not any legal terms. If you didnt investigate the wheel you were getting thoroughly enough, then dont trade. You traded, thus agreed it was good enough. Its your problem. If you can be arsed to drive up to beat him up and get your original wheel back, you should have met up to trade in the first place! For the record, if this was me in the deal, id tell you to f**k off and send you the wheel you were trading for. Youre being a right wanker in this post.

Look in the menu option for an automatic power off, and disable it. As you arent actually recording to tape, I guess its assuming its inactive and shuts itself down. You might not have the option there though - differs from camera to camera. You can always circumvent it by flicking the zoom every couple of minutes to reset the countdown. :shifty:

Yeah I backed out of a deal... he was getting rid of a Seagate 30gb hard drive that I would have had a use for as spare. He reckoned it was worth £50 and worth LOADS of my spare stuff like brand new Kool chain, Pedals, Cranks, full Maguras etc (Y) We then made a deal in the evening, the next morning he was online to confirm, and he was like 'ah no m8 i haz got a beta deal' - he wasnt even going to tell me, even if id have already posted it. I asked his address to send the stuff from the night before, he didnt even ask for mine. Seems sketchy.

Do you have hard disk space left on the drive you are saving to? Are the original clips you saved to your hard drive still there or did you delete any of them?
