Anybody got any decent ways of removing the freewheel from crank? I have the correct tool etc but my dad & i always resort to taking it to local bike shop after loads of foul language & sweating. :P Cheer's Sam, (Y)

My worst fear is going over the bars on big drops, after getting my back wheel stuck on a pallet & throwing me off face planting concrete & ending up in intensive care.(fractured skull,eye socket,cheek bone etc) :)

I ride a 221pro standard spec apart from hope mono front disk, great bike for the money, lands smoothly from some big drops. (Y)

I ride with normal trainers when practicing with no probs, but for comps use monty trial shoes for extra feel & grip.
