erm.... take off your cranks, then put your bb tool on the bb and undo anti-clockwise make sure you start with the non drive side first then do the drive side ( i think ) >_< (Y) then put new one in... this should help.. ;)

tighten it as much as you can but make sure you dont brake your mech hanger/bolt.. >_<

i would tighten the cassete up and put abit of oil on your freehub!! but if its hard to get on and off beacuse your cassete has dug into the freehub you may need to sand/file your freehub down where it has dug in!!! hope you get the problem sorted >_< (Y) ;)

raptors aint all that bad... my mate has had his a while and the lad who had it befor him done a cople of biggish drops and its got no crack in it... anyway back to the point... reefers are s***e >_< (Y)

i think they are just a cheap and easy way to get single speed.. but i could be wrong.. i dont think you could change through each gear with them though oh, they do look like a good idea

my mate had to use them beacuse he couldnt afford maggies but before he got his maggies they seemed to work ok.. but he says maggies work 10 times better than his avids

for trials i think they would be crud but for d/h and that i think they would be ok... i suppose.. (Y)

just make sure there isnt any cra in your tyre and naybe buy a new tube if its had so many punctures it may need one
