  1. They are good for balance, particularly for things like stillstands and stuff it helped me with. Its actually pretty easy to do once you can actually ride one, and a trials bike rider should learn pretty quick. Sammonty you'll have to come on a trials unicycle ride with me sometime, do you have msn?
  2. i dont think heatsing boosters are available in mod size yet. website says there coming out in november
  3. thanks for the advice, ive been wondering how to do this. :D

  5. It was great to meet up with all these great people and see some ace riding. i think beaus drop gap was one of the most insane things ive ever seen! i was suprrised at how well they fixed his wheel though. Also it was great to see peter from sweden, he was amazing, particularly his massive gap!

  8. i think the most sensible thing to do is have a go on the 26inches and see how you like them.

  11. wow 50inch is pretty huge! just a few years ago 50inch was the record, held by some spanish guy on a monty, (not ot pi, cant remember his name)
  12. I dont know, theoretically they should as the rim is effectively a very big disk brake. But ive always found disks to be a lot sharper, maybe its just the pads.
  13. Hey Ive been wondering, People with maguras are always getting fancy pads and boosters trying to make them more powerful, yet disk brakes are very powerful without having to do anything to them. Many people are using front disks, but it is very important to have a powerful rear brake, so why arent more people using full disks? Is is to do with the feel of the brake?
  14. i think that looks really bad. <_< i wouldnt want one.
  15. do you have a link to any vids/ pics?
  16. 8.5kg is extremley light, esp as the zip is supposedly a heavy frame. are you sure thats right?
